Bought a used BMW from Perillo, and the entire process was super easy from Sales (Robert) to Management (Dan) to Finance. Wanted a factory based high performance vehicle that won’t draw high attention while picking up your kids from school in comfort mode. Didn’t want to be that guy/parent. With a flip of a switch you can unleash the full v8 twin turbo potential when you want it. You can immediately immerse yourself in throaty / but partially synthesized performance sound and immediate pedal response. As an owner of M6, this will be preferred daily commuter.

I recently went into West Herr to check out prices and information on possibly purchasing my leased 2016 228 convertible. I had no intention of purchasing a car that day. I was checking out the various possibilities for what I might do after my lease ran out. I had even entertained the possibility of buying a lesser brand off lease vehicle for my use which is not much as I am nearing 84 and drive about 4k miles a year.
Kyle Walsh offered to assist me and did so beautifully. He answered every question and gave me several possibilities of what I could do about just turning the car back in and buying something else or purchasing my current car and what that would take, interest-rates and all of that. He
was very thorough about making sure that I understood which I appreciate . It wasn’t till we had been working together for approximately an hour that he asked if I had thought about leasing a new BMW and I told him I didn’t think I could afford it. He said well let’s check it out and he began to go through the roster of vehicles that were available on the lot. As it happened he came upon a 2018 X2 and showed me how leasing that car was actually the best possibility for me. And I agreed. We arrived at a cost That appealed to me and we made the deal. They actually prepared the car that afternoon so that I had the car the same day. I bought the car actually without having even driven it, so unlike me.
I appreciated Kyle’s easy attitude and his respecting that I didn’t need or want to be pushed. He and Resident Genius Mitch help unload my old car into the new car and I was off. I think I will be very happy athough I’ve only driven the car one day as I live in New York City but leave my car in Rochester at my daughter’s. I’ve had enough of getting my car trashed in the Big Apple. Oh well…… Russell
Service was done fast and friendly. Thank you I had to replace my bmw emblem last month and it came off in the wash bay. I had to go find it myself. I priced replacement of them emblem in parts department and it was over 5 times marked up from eBay. I was told it was a different part but upon inspection of both, it was the same. I left with leaving the impression that the person I spoke with was correct about it being a different kind of part. Some times simple things make no difference and the feeling of being superior matter more to some than others. Just a note. Antwon was not responsible for any of this. He was super and made me feel like I should have stayed speaking with him instead of pointing out the emblem as missing to the most available person in service once I noticed the problem.

The BMW M550 I X Drive is a beautiful ,powerful Roomy car with a lot of amenities ,especially the remote control feature. This is the card to own.
This was by far the most amazing car buying experience. BMW of Gwinnett had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. The sales advisor, David, was very professional and friendly. I purchased a BMW X1. I was initially was seeking to purchase a certified used one, but they didn’t have the color I wanted. So David worked a deal for me, and I was able to purchase a brand new X1 for the same price as a the certified used I was originally shopping for. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
BMW of Annapolis did not confuse their car dealership with a car museum. Arnita Wilson and Michael Fastman were great to work with and did their best to ensure the process of spending my hard earned money and getting something for it was easy.
Ben Whitney and also all of the other people I dealt with were very responsive and accommodating, and overall the experience was satisfying and pressure-free. I'd recommend BMW of Cape Cod to anyone.

Possibly most value for money in its class, especially equipped with the Ultimate Edition package. Both a tremendously clever and discreet car, revealing itself only to informed viewers knowing what to look for. (Or to listen for.)
I have purchased my first car from the dealership, I had a warm reception from the sales executive Joe Martin. I was a remote customer from Norfolk, VA and Joe has been very helpful assisting me with more car information to make the purchase decision. It took him great efforts to follow-up on my car and documents delivery and share me the status always. Overall, I had a pleasant experience with the dealership and would recommend others.

It is reliable, easy drive, excellent in turns and amazing power. The design is a perfect balance between power, fun and elegance. I wished they had more variety in colors but the dark gray still awesome

Love it. I have had 2 M5's in the past and wanted the performance but not the $$$ of the M5 just for everyday driving. The M550i fit the bill in SPADES! Great performance for the money compared to the M5.

Great car - don't get it with 20inch rims

The car has so many great qualities - but the dealer ordered it with 20 inch low profile tires - and they are a disaster - I have had three critical sidewall breakdowns in the tires in 7 months of ownership. Cost is over $500 each and the time loss is silly.
Disappointing because the car is so good in so many other ways.
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!

My experience today buying a BMW from Ben and his team was pure joy. It was a huge purchase for me and enjoyed it whole-heartedly. I found the car on line and called Ben for details. He listened, set appointment to test drive it and comparable vehicles. As a result of Ben's pragmatic approach, I decided to purchase the car in 30 minutes. My last BMW purchase from Herb Chambers was painful. I doubted I would ever have the time to deal with the shenanigans of a BMW sales process again. Ben and his team restored the faith in the brand. Thanks to a long line of customers at the business office, I was able to avoid the typical water-boarding session with the business manager. It is challenging to find people who are passionate and earnest like Ben, Darren and Bela. You would be wise to take good care of them.
I worked with Christian McClure and he couldn???t have been more helpful. I didn???t really know what I wanted when I walked into the dealership and he walked me through different options and helped me settle on the 330e. He was flexible on price and didn???t push anything on me. It???s by far the best car buying experience I???ve had and will definitely go back when I???m ready for another.
