I have bought many cars over the years and have been a loyal Lexus owner. I was disappointed in the newest design of the Lexus fleet, so felt the need to look around. I had stopped into your dealership a number of years ago and had worked with Tom Brandt. Although, I opted to return to Lexus, Tom had left a favorable impression and I had saved his contact info on my phone. So I looked him up. Tim was very professional. His approach was laid back, no pressure whatsoever and his enthusiasm for BMW was infectious. We took a short test drive in an executive driven 530. I loved the car and came back to buy it a couple of days later. Jori was terrific as well and I was in a hurry. She got me out of there in no time. I came back a week later to learn the ins and outs of the car. I hated to leave Bredemann. I only hope the rest of my experience at your dealership will match my buying experience.
I’ve recently purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Camaro from this dealership and the car came as it said by them and on the website..... clean car .... I love the car, and it’s a joy for me to drive it everyday and see it out on the driveway when I wake up. By far one of the best experience I’ve had purchasing the car and the process of purchasing it was quick! Best dealership that I know of and I will go to them for future vehicles. Two sales consultants did an excellent job - Jim and Jorge. When I called about a particular used car I'd seen on Carfax, Jim took the time to make and email a video "tour" of the car for me. When I arrived from out of town, I stopped at two dealerships. My experience at Max Madsen's was great and far surpassed the customer service at the other dealership. Jorge was there to answer questions about the car. He allowed me to consider the car without the dreaded pressure one sometimes gets at a car dealership. Following my purchase, Jim followed up with a thoughtful email welcoming me to the Max Madsen "family." With sales consultants like Jim and Jorge, you can't go wrong!

I had a noise coming from my wheel as a result of apparent damage from parking boot. The manager took it for a quick spin and discovered it was just something bent. He fixed in in seconds and sent me on my way at no charge. It was a busy day there and they did me a big favor.
Searched their website for the car with desired specs and found a great match. Deal/ negotiations were straight forward and prompt.
Took the car for a short test drive and then home for family review.

The financial process was really tense, if not dark and shady. I walked in with my own approved credit from another bank, but they pushed for another application of their own finance department which I agreed to. To my surprise I was approved for a lower rate with but I did not know that till I refused to buy with th rate they quoted me and started walking out. I’m talking about them trying to get me on a 13.5% instead of 5.9% that I ended up buying the car with, and I only did because I really liked the car... one more thing don’t count one the free loaner most of the time, but they will arrange a shuttle service for you...
