Service Dept Went Overboard to Provide Service

Having driven cross country to the Bay Area, we were visiting relatives for the Thanksgiving Holidays and noticed our BMWX5 engine warning light, while we were in Santa Rosa. Concerned, after on-board check did not reveal a problem and facing a 1,300 mile drive home after Thanksgiving, we took the car to Hansel BMW at about 11 AM, on the day before Thanksgiving. Drove right into their immaculate service entrance, were greeted immediately by a service rep who, understanding that we were "on-the-road," took our car in, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 90 minutes. He was courteous, pleasant and accommodating. That's what I call personal, caring service. My wife and I cannot express how impressed we were with Hansel BMW in Santa Rosa, California!
