From my first phone call to the dealership days before buying the car, till now a week later, Sara Griffith has been nothing but helpful and proactive, focusing on what I wanted in a new car. She asked good questions and listen to answers and found the car that was right for me. I never felt like she was trying to fill a quota or upsell me on anything. She has stayed in touch, to make sure I understand how to work my Mini and that everything is functioning properly. I wish Sara were in real estate, because now I need to buy a house!

I have a very big affection for the brand. I stopped buying other cars that were as good as they were, but that did not suit my taste.

The car met my needs at this time. It is very comfortable to drive. I like the features inside the car. Easy access to my options on the dashboard. The car drives very smooth and has a quick pick-up when driving.
This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Kayla listened and knew exactly the car I was looking for, gave me a great price on both the new car and my trade in, and even though I wasn't ready to commit that 1st day went ahead and had the car I was looking at delivered to the dealership. When I contacted her 2 days later to finalize the deal she had everything ready within hours and the car was detailed and ready by the time I got there. She had followed up on everything, reviewed the entire purchase deal and went over the car with me from top to bottom. It could not have been easier. Hans, the finance person went over all of the sales agreements and offered several extended warranty's and service plans that were available. There was no heavy handed pressure tactics, just a clear description of what was available. The combined experience of dealing with Kayla and Hans made the whole experience extremely pleasant. I drove off the lot with my new car in just over an hour. Kayla has already been in touch to see if I had any additional questions about the car or needed any more help from her. Fantastic customer service. I just wished I lived closer to the dealership so they could handle my maintenance needs as well.

I love the size of this car. perfect for zipping around town. driving to work and getting my kids places. it has enough trunk space.

Exactly the car I needed to transport family but small and sporty driving. Plenty of room inside with awesome moonroof. Comfortable drive and great mileage .
I’ve been a Reeves customer for 20 years- both new and used Audi’s, BMWs, Volkswagen, and a Land Rover. The dealership has never been high pressure and salesmen are knowledgeable and professional.

Honestly the car is amazing, this is the first year that they have the vehicle out there and it has been the best decision of my life. I went in looking to get a 3 series but ended up with this and I love it. The interior is very high tech and futuristic.
Prior to purchasing my VW Jetta I had purchased 3 cars from Reeves BMW and I can attest that this was the easiest, most professional, and pleasant experience I've had purchasing a car. Clarissa Grose not only was attentive to our needs, she was courteous, and efficient. I traded in my car and got a killer deal. There were no misleads or last minute surprises. What was promised was delivered. Paperwork was a breeze. It took less than 20 minutes and this took place at my office where Clarissa took of her time to bring me the car and the paperwork. This is my first BMW. The ride is smooth and quiet. I can't hear the engine and can't feel it change gears, even with heavy acceleration. It feels and sounds like I am driving a fancy, fast electric golf cart. I love the sportiness of the X2. There is some road noise and vibration, but it only add to the sporty feel of the vehicle. The interior feels like I'm sitting in a sports car, which has a lot to do with the seats. There is not a ton of storage room, but hopefully this will help me keep it tidy. The idrive computer is not super user friendly takes some getting used to. Overall, I am head over heels in love with the X2!
This is my family's 4th car from Reeves. When I look for a new car I always start at Reeves, and eventually end at Reeves.
Sharp looking and functional

Sporty exterior (Msport package) looks sharp. Plenty of room to be functional. Seats hug well and smooth ride make it a very pleasurable driving experience. Did have a faulty crank sensor which needed to be replaced 500 miles in. Love this car!
Aksel Tan provided an allstar experience. He was professional and helpful thorough the process. I am delighted with my new vehicle. Otis Cole was delightful throughout the paperwork process. Happy I decided to stop into Reeves for my impulsive purchase.
