I always enjoy everything about my visits to Rick Hills, except paying the bill, but up until that moment, it is great. I can pay that bill, knowing I'm leaving with a car in excellent condition until the next time service is due. Thank you for the confidence I feel when I drive away!

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. I went to MLM looking for a truck to buy as my very 1st vehicle. I didn't know what I wanted but I knew what I wanted it to have and how much I wanted to spend. I explained all this to Jay my Saleman and the search began. He was so patient with me as I test drove numerous trucks. I thought I found the one for me but it was unavailable. After 4hrs, I remembered seeing a Chrysler 300 and asked to see it before I make a decision from the other choices I test drove. Jay said, "Sure let me get the key." Jay pulled it out for me, I sat in it and knew I had found what was waiting for me. She has everything I wanted and more!!! MLM stayed open 2 1/2hrs past their closing time to allow my Dream to come true. Jay could have given up and told me to come back another time, but he didn't. He knew this was my 1st time buying a car and he let me find my "Chrysta!!!!"(That's what I named her lol.) What an AMAZING experience I had buying my 1st car from MLM!!! Thank You Jay and the MLM Staff for helping make my Dream come true. I just Love My NEW CAR!! Go check them out and ask for Jay. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
I applied for financing on their website, which was very convenient so that the process would be sped up when I got there. Within an hour, Matt Miller called me with an offer. He was great to work with and took care of business quickly and efficiently. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with. When I got to the dealership, I test drove the 2009 Toyota Prius I was interested in. I fell in love with the car but had a concern about a little white box dangling by the tire. Immediately upon my return, Dena took a look at it and took it to the back to get fixed. She was fabulous! They got it fixed in about 10 minutes and it was good as new. Then I went to financing and filled out paperwork, and the man (I can't remember his name, short brown hair and brown beard) was excellent at explaining what each form was. He even told me about a better warranty package that I otherwise would not have gotten. I'm glad he referred this to me because it covered electrical things like the battery, which is very important in an electric car! Overall, this was a stellar experience. In less than 24 hours I've already referred 2 of my friends to this company, and I will ABSOLUTELY be back for my next vehicle. I had a fabulous experience. Thanks Matt and team! :)

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!
My car was totaled by a reckless driver a week ago (I was rear ended at high speed while I was sitting in traffic), so I was having to find a new car on a short and unexpected notice. I obviously wasn???t a very happy car shopper, given the reason behind my urgent need in a new car. After test driving several cars and visiting several ???luxury??? car dealerships, I was about to go home, but decided to visit one last dealership (Schomp BMW). I had BMWs in the past from Schomp, so I knew the quality of their cars and the outstanding quality of service they are well known for. However, I was blown away when I walked in their doors today. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I told her I was there to test drive the X3 and she immediately went in search of an available client advisor for me. She reappeared with a true gem and class act named Sam Nejad. I told Sam my story about my car being totaled by a reckless driver and that I was interested in the X3. He went right to work for me and I never looked back. He was extremely knowledgeable about BMWs, especially the X3. Before we went on our test drive, we walked around the entire vehicle and Sam pointed out all of the features and he did the same once we got inside the car. Once we got on the road, he showed me all of the features in real time as we were driving. At my previous ???luxury??? dealerships, the client advisors/sales people told me more about their personal lives than about the car. At one dealership, I knew more about the car???s features than the salesperson did and at another, I ended up knowing more about the salesperson???s entire life story than I learned about the car. Sam was honest, trustworthy and 100% BS-free. Not once did I have reservations about him. He has the rare and unique talent of balancing extreme professionalism with being funny and very personable. His passion about BMWs is infectious. I especially valued his ability to be very efficient, but yet not feeling rushed at all. He went above and beyond. I have no idea where Schomp BMW found Sam, but I hope they hang on to him because he is the real deal. I have to say everyone I interacted with today at Schomp BMW was exceptional: so friendly, helpful and professional without being overbearing at all. Schomp BMW and Sam Nejad are refreshing in the world of car dealerships. They know the perfect recipe for doing it right. Thank you!

From a person who has an adverse reaction to car shopping. It was a smart smooth professional transaction from the Initial email contact exchange with great follow up to setting up an appointment for a test drive, meeting us at the dealership, being 100% available on short notice on a Sunday. This is our third BMW. The last one was purchased at this dealership as well. We have never had a bad experience at BMW Northwest. And the sales staff have been there for a long time not a lot of turnover which speaks volumes about the leader ship and the owners of this dealership. No nonsense no BS, no pressure. We fully intend to purchase our next vehicle at the dealership. I would highly recommend Mark Rauschert. BMW northwest customer service were given Nordstroms a run for their money. Too bad they don’t sell luxury shoes and handbags.
This has to be one of the best car dealership experiences that we have ever had!
We wanted a very specific model BMW (X5 diesel) and there were two dealerships that had one left. We initially called another dealer first and after getting a terrible run around for nearly two days just trying to get called back with an internet price and a trade in estimate, we decided to call BMW Northwest. Not only we were met with the most prompt return of phone call by who would become our salesman, Brandon, he answered all of our questions, took our information on the trade and said he would get back to us. And, he did! We were provided with the "numbers" which we found to be truly fair and the entire process just fell into place with the greatest of ease. We decided to make the two hour drive and see if we wanted to finalize the deal. We arrived, Brandon immediately met us with an amazing and positive attitude, we test drove the car, and then discussed finalizing numbers. Guess what? The sales team stuck by their word (which again, we did know to be an estimate) and we weren't forced to play the numbers dance. Brandon was easy going, clearly likes what he does, and in no way ever made us feel like we were being "sold" on things we didn't want. Deal done!
But wait! Not only were we wowed by Sales, Finance was as finely tuned as their German automobiles. Every car buying finance department experience in the past has been so slow and the most aggravating part of the car buying experience when all you want to do is sign your paperwork. This experience, however, was above and beyond efficient! We did not feel pressured for the upsell and the paperwork was expertly prepared so that we spent just a fraction of the time we have spent in other finance departments.
The Delivery team was also incredibly knowledgeable on the vehicle we bought and how it compared to others we owned. Our BMW Genius Olivia was able to tell us all we needed to know that was new/different on our new car compared to our other BMWs but also knew that we did not need spend a lot of time on those features that were the same. Brilliant!
We are so pleased to have experienced our purchase with BMW Northwest and to learn that they are a family owned establishment made it even that much sweeter. The entire team at this dealership clearly has a vested interest in their clients. This dealership is a ways for us to drive but we WILL be frequenting them in the future. BMW Northwest has created happy and loyal customers in us!!
