A lot of service departments could learn from this place. I never feel like I'm being oversold repairs, they give prompt answers to my questions, are great at communicating during my repairs, and the technician is very proffesional I'll continue to request Kade to service my vehicles.
I had an awesome experienced purchasing my car at AutoSource this past weekend. Nisho went above and beyond to get me the best deal and car I was looking for. He was very professional and patient with my wife and me. He was very thorough while giving me the history of the car. He even offered me to take care of some cosmetic repairs on the car! The cool thing about the whole experience was I never felt pressured into buying anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. Thank you, Ryan Rosendahl, for your prompt evaluation of my 2005 Porsche and for what I consider a good trade-in allowance. The trade-in bought me a beautifully cared for black 6 cyl turbo-powered-X3. The high-tech features of the vehicle are nothing less than awesome and I greatly appreciate the fact that I can call on Murray BMW for instruction if and when needed. I have to add that the Murray facility is a warm and spacious environment in which to wheel and deal and have a look at the beautiful new BMW machines on the show room floor. I completed a sale for a BMW M3. Unfortunately, BMW had an airbag recall which prevented the dealer from finishing the sale. It was a difficult conversation and phone call for them and they handled it as well as they could. They offered to reimburse me any out of pocket cost which was classy. They sent my a personally written note apologizing again. It wasn't a happy situation for me, but they did the best they could under the circumstances. My concern was eventually getting the car (because it fit my criteria) and they assured me that it would be held for me until the airbag was repaired. They have continued to keep me posted since that time.
Kori and the entire team at BMW of Murray were all wonderful to deal with. Very knowledgeable about M3s and willing to work with me from acquiring an allocation to helping me schedule the delivery of the vehicle on a time frame that worked best for me. Kori kept me informed at each step of the process and made my first BMW buying experience one to remember! Their passion for the product and service was felt and appreciated by myself and my wife.
