Hovey Motorcars is the best dealer I’ve ever deal with. I trusted Mr. Rich Sr when I’m talking to him on the phone. There was never a single word ‘not true’ in the whole conversation. He was completely honest, thoughtful, father figure and gracious. I know I went too personal can’t help it that's what I felt. The company shipped my car I inspected my Ford MV-1 entirely, it was exactly what Mr. Rich pictured in my mind. Even he told me the tires weren’t good and it didn’t surprise me when I saw them. The price was fair even though, I’m not good in bargaining and Mr. Rich didn’t try to take advantage on that. After I did the down payments, my loan processing took over a month and they’ve been very patient to hold my car in their parking lot without charging me or selling to other better offers. The whole staff tried to work with me all the process and they’re all very helpful and friendly.

Still in the process, and the salesman is okay, but their email communications are jacked. The day after taking a test drive I receive an email asking when I want to take a test drive. An email supposedly from my salesman lists a cell number to another salesman. A young sales manager calls me on my cell asking when I want to come by and see the car...a few days after I've come by and seen the car. Spooky.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I had been looking online for a few months for a 2016 Lexus RX350 with the luxury package in select colors at a reasonable price. I was delighted when I came across just what I was looking for at Lexus of Dominion. I called and spoke with Fernando “Fernie” Maldonado. I found Fernie to be exceptionally honest, polite, and communicative. The best part is that since I live quite a distance away from the dealership, Fernie arranged for a driver ( who was also outstanding ) to deliver the car. Fernie also made sure the vehicle was in tip top shape before it was delivered. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience and with my “new” car. I highly recommend Lexus of Dominion and Fernie.
Allison was super helpful, enthusiastic, and it doesn't hurt that she's an avid MINI lover/owner as well! Rob in the finance department was also quite informative, and answered all of my questions in full detail. Overall, this was an awesome car-buying experience! I didn't feel pressured into buying, and I drove away VERY happily in the exact MINI I wanted!

The buying experience was OK, at the time I bought my vehicle I was also shopping with another dealership. I chose SA BMW because I feel like they gave me a better deal. My problem with the process is that my vehicle was missing equiptment that was promised with the vehicle: floor matts cigarette lighters, an extra key and a tow plug that was missing from the bumper. I was promised these items and I was told that I would have these items in about a week. I have attempted to contact the salesperson Kirk at least twice a day and left messages, each time I call he doesn't answer his cell phone nor does he return my phone calls. I was skeptical about leaving the dealership without having everything that goes with a Certified Preowned Vehicle. Before I bought the vehicle I was getting calls for employees and the salesman Kirk 4-5 times a day. My advice to anyone in the market for a vehicle make sure you have everything that goes with the vehicle before you leave the property. Because once they have your money the level of concern for the customer will no longer exist.
Simply put: When I leased my new Countryman in September, 2018, I was astonished at the level of customer service I experienced. Holly Bell, Albie Burch and especially Rob Silva. All of them were fantastic and obviously have gone through rigorous CS training and it shows. But, having spent the most time with Rob--between choosing my car, learning the tech and handling several follow-up issues that were resolved immediately--Rob was more like a brother who knows my car better than I do than a car salesman. Thank you Holly in service, Albie in finance and Rob who maybe needs a better handle than "sales" because he's on another level! And thank you Mini for hiring all three of these fantastic people.
Purchased my second Mini Cooper from Rob Silva his knowledge and expertise is second to none both times I dealt with him he took time to ensure I had all the information I needed to make an educated decision, I never felt any pressure sales tactics and he made the entire process smoothe and efficient.
