Very well appointed and handles well. Beautiful interior with Mocha leather that I had been looking for. Heads up display is fantastic. Plenty of leg room in the back. VERY comfortable cabin with double moonroof. I have always wanted this car and it did not disappoint Went with certified pre owned for all the reason. Glad I went for X3 not X1 Happy!!

First, I was greeted with a smile at my car, and then I was taken to my service provider's desk. I received Outstanding service by my service provider Arick and his team and I was completely satisfied. He listened to my request, discussed by service request with me in details, recommended the best options and the best of all, he offered any discounts that were available for me based on the service that I requested. Our daughter was involved in a wreck that set off the air bags in her BMW X1. The BMW was totaled but its safety saved her life. We went shopping for a replacement and after test driving the Lexus, Toyota and Land Rover, we selected a certified pre-owned BMW. What a great choice! The vehicle looked, drove, and smelled new! Larger than the BMW X1, but still very easy to drive/park. We were amazed how quiet it was inside while driving. 22 MPG in the city and almost 30 MPG highway! The Heads-Up Display is our daughter's favorite feature, allowing her to keep her eyes on the road and all times to keep watch for crazy drivers! Mom and I sleep well at night.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is one of the best SUV when it comes to advanced, reliability and perfect handling. The tires are the main concern because I they often run flat compare to most SUVS out there. I had to repair my tire multiple times compare to the Nissan SUV my dad owns in the same household. BMW's service doesn't cover but does offer for additional cost the tire services such as rotating or balancing which would improve most of their consumers experience with this tire issue. Otherwise the vehicle drives very smooth, very durable and comes with many cool features such as the head up display.

I have been with Infiniti since 2007 and I was basically sold on how I was treated not only during the purchasing process, but all the follow up that kept it alive. By 2012, I still had made a second purchase to move my wife into an Infiniti & out of her Nissan as the previous 5 years convinced me to stay the course with Infiniti. The service department was really the clincher, mainly how I was treated as a valued customer and it really helps when you have a service adviser, such as Roger Sain who not only knows the products inside and out, keeps you well informed, forecasting you of upcoming requirements or maintenances, and keeps you informed of trending or known issues of certain year models, and how Infiniti targeted commonly failed parts in earlier year models and Infiniti was able to manufacture those high fail rate items for improved higher quality replacement components for older & current model vehicles and future production. I had many items that did fail on my 2005 FX-35, most all of which were covered under my extended warranty. This is very telling of a manufacturer where quality is a top priority. This information also weighed heavy on my decision to retire the 2005 FX-35 and purchase a CPO 2014 QX-70 3 weeks ago. Roger shares his insight and his knowledge always, he also kept me up on the lack of issues this newer model had because of the targeted quality improvement program of the failed items on prior models. As I mention in the title of this review, the Service department IS the key component for customer retention. If its not understood that way, it really needs to be understood that way. Your relationship with the Sales side of the house is short term, I on all 3 occasions of buying an Infiniti vehicle had a great experience in the purchase, however the game is different. Its not the sales guy that made me come back, he just put in a long term debt....hehe. It's true, a Sale rep wants your sale, your signature, and it puts food on their plate. That is just the nature of the beast and I understand that its their job. We all need a job so I get it, but Orange Park Infiniti sales guys really helped me out a lot on this recent purchase, so I am convinced they too are a new breed of sales personnel alive within the Orange Park Infiniti that Atlantic place does not have. But the reality of it is once you are past the sale, you are done. They did their job and now as the customer, hopefully happy like I was drive away. From this point on, what makes or breaks retention of a customer is how the long term relationship is handled from that day forward. That responsibility falls in the hands of the Service department. Roger Sain in my book get the 5 start CQA. Commitment, Quality, & Accountability, that all by itself earned my trust for the 9 years I have been with Infiniti. This is the biggest and only reason I remained an enthusiastic Infiniti owner. It is a great vehicle but the vehicle is only as great as the service department that takes care of you from final sale forward. Roger Sain leads an enviable example for others to follow as one of the best service advisors I have ever had the good fortune of running into. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and forthright. When I return for service or repairs, I don't feel like I am just a number, and I have 100% confidence the service or repairs will be done correctly or Roger won't accept it. He tends to develop and earn the respect & trust with his mechanic's in his professional way, and makes sure they understand his expectations, and they tend to deliver on it. I always feel that I am a valued customer but more so, its how I was treated from the Service department when I had to go, and Roger Sain get 98% of that credit. Well there were some times he was off when I needed something done, but that 2 % does not go against him, I add it to the score as I am 100% with Infiniti. Thank you all for everything well done.

Our previous SUV was a ’mid-sized’ Infiniti QX4 that lasted more than 300,000 miles, but when we went looking for a new car the category had changed and we ended up buying a ’compact SAV’ BMW X3. The X3 is the same exterior dimensions as the QX4 but does have a smaller cargo area due to the longer engine compartment. However performance easily matches the QX4 - ’pick-up’is much better and we get an avg of 10-mph better (29.0). The 2.0 turbo 4 provides the same HP and better torque than the QX4. Inside comfort is all German- nice, solid, and well designed as well as being very quiet.

Having had a 2010 Ford F-350 6.4 L diesel as a 5th wheel tow vehicle since new, I began researching a replacement during the winter/spring 2017. By the time I had finished my research and decided on the GMC Sierra 3500HD, Crew Cab, Long Bed, DRW, it was late June 2017. I knew that production of the new 2018 models would begin soon, so I began contacting GMC Dealers in my area ??? Southeast Georgia ??? Northeast Florida. Roughly the first of July, I used the GMC ???Build & Price??? website to spec a 2018 Sierra 3500. I sent email and called every GMC dealer within roughly 50 miles. I could not find any dealer that would email a quote or work on ordering a 2018 vehicle. The reply was always the same amateur sales rhetoric ??? ???You need to come in to the dealership to do that.??? The ???real??? translation of that dilettante sales pitch is; ???We need you to come in so we can try to sell you a 2017 that we have in our inventory.??? Among the last calls I made was to Nimnicht Buick GMC, which is located in Jacksonville, Florida, and the furthest GMC dealer from my home. I contacted Nimnicht Buick GMC because I had exhausted all the dealerships that were close to home, but also because it has so many on-line ratings, and the average rating is excellent. I spoke with James Jones of Nimnicht, who was more than happy to help me with working up a quote for a 2018 GMC Sierra 3500, via email with a few telephone calls. There was never even a mention that I should visit their dealership. James Jones is not a high-pressure sales person looking for a quick sale ??? he is a customer relations professional, prepared to help anyone for the asking regardless of any immediate or future personal benefit to himself. James Jones is clearly focused on building a relationship with people, each of whom may or may not become an immediate customer. James took the time to enter all of my specifications into the dealer???s system to generate a quote, which he provided to me via email. Within a couple of days, Mr. Jones let me know that Nimnicht Buick GMC was able to actually place the order for my specific GMC Sierra 3500, with an estimated 10 ??? 12 week delivery. Keep in mind that production of the 2018 models had only just begun, hence the delivery window. The order was placed and Mr. Jones??? delivery estimate was pretty accurate. James also handled my trade-in, which took a good amount of his time and effort. During the 12 weeks that I was waiting on the build and delivery of the Sierra, I probably called, emailed and sent text messages to James fifty times. There was not one instance that James did not take my call, or if he was unavailable, calls, emails and text messages were returned within minutes. James consistently followed up during the build and the delivery process, providing updated information. Nimnicht Buick GMC has a staff of professionals who are specific to every need a customer might have. I needed a fairly untraditional add-on, and Mr. Jones had ???DJ,??? from Nimnicht???s accessories department contact me. DJ found exactly what I needed, and Nimnicht Buick GMC ordered the additional equipment. The truck arrived and all dealer prep was completed within a couple of days. At this juncture, with only 200 miles on the vehicle, I am not ready to rate the 2018 GMC Sierra 3500. However, it is exactly what I ordered, and it clearly is a masterpiece of design and comfort. This review is primarily about James Jones of Nimnicht Buick GMC, who I have found to be a real professional and always a gentleman. I will visit Mr. Jones exclusively for all of my future automobile purchasing, and James is the only person I will recommend to family and friends for their vehicle purchasing needs. - Dave Koch

When I woke up on Friday, I didn't anticipate purchasing a vehicle. My wife's car was in need of some serious repairs so we made the decision to replace rather than deal with that. Since we had out of town plans, we needed a car quickly. The guys at Autoline came through for us. Bought this car used about 8 months ago with 22K miles on it. As a single person, I decided I didn't need a 4X4 Tacoma and a 328i RWD, paying insurance, tabs and maintenance for both. After looking around, I figured out that the X3 Diesel was the right choice. So far, this has been the best vehicle I have ever owned! The engine is a charmer, I typically get about 36-37 mpg on my commute in stop and go traffic. Love the slight characteristic sound that the diesel engine makes. Have gotten 39-40 mpg on trips to and from Portland. Lots of luggage space, enjoy the truck-like height without the terrible gas mileage. Did some ski trips this past winter and the car is bulletproof in snow and ice. Drove up a snowy trail to a cabin that a friend couldn't make in his Subaru and was he surprised! Have had an issue with the sunroof rattling; the dealer in Seattle was surly and unhelpful - the dealer in Tacoma (BMW Northwest) was fantastic, listened to the problem, and had it fixed under warranty. Other than that, the car has been reliable and simply a joy to drive.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder
