Matt Smith went above and beyond to find the perfect car for our family after our car was totaled. We live in KC and he was available for any questions even after office hours. He promptly provided pics and all requested info even while looking at cars at other dealerships. After driving to Jeff City to see the car he made sure it was in top condition and everything we wanted was addressed. He had impressive customer service especially for car sales. He made sure we we happy the whole way through and even told us to call if we have any questions about the car or service after we got back home. Gemma was a blazing gun in the financing dept she was very efficient and straightforward without any pressure. I would make the drive again to Jeff City any day. My process Leasing a Mercedes from Tafel motor Corporation was fantastic. The gentleman that helped my wife and I was Lawson.It was without a doubt the smoothest transition for Car leasing that I have ever experienced.This is without a doubt no exaggeration whatsoever had it not been that I locked all three of my credit scores and had to argue with the credit companies to open them up for them to have the ability to check my credit prior to getting the lease I would???ve been done with the entire process in less than an hour and a half. For me that is completely unheard of. I spent the last lease for four hours in the dealership, completely unacceptable.At Tofel Mercedes this was absolutely not the case they were 100% professional, and to the point, I totally appreciate the no BS approach to acquiring a leasing vehicle. For me there???s nothing worse than being miss led by the sales person only to find out what was promised can???t be done at the end. This never happened one time with Lawson, quite an exceptional sales man. In addition to that all the employees of the corporation were wonderful, helping my wife understand how to work the equipment on the new vehicle explaining the options that she had it was quite remarkable. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I worked with Eric and Art on a purchase of a used vehicle. No pressure, not pushy, and no BS. We agreed on terms and price and my wife and I left as very happy customers.
I had a great experience with Erhard BMW. They were quick to contact me after my first inquiry. They provided me with all the information I needed to make a purchasing decision. They were able to accommodate an out-of-state purchase with ease. When I flew into Detroit they had a professional young man pick me up from the airport and drive me to the brand new and immaculate dealership. My experience with all of the sales staff and financing staff were courteous, professional and personal. Everything was setup and ready so that I could get on the road as quickly as possible for my trip back home. The vehicle was exactly as I expected it to be from the description and photos provided. It was one of if not the best purchasing experience(s).
Purchase Experience Redeemed First of all, absolutely love the vehicle hence I'm a returning customer. I was contacted by the general manager about upgrading my vehicle lease 4 months early. I agreed, completed paperwork, and received the vehicle. There was a mixup in the remaining balance for the old vehicle but I'm happy to report that this has been resolved. I do like this dealership and the people there.

The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.
I purchased a slightly used 2018 Giulia which had exactly the options I was looking for. Being out of state the process took a little long but overall got it done without major setbacks. Once at the dealership it only took an hour to be on the road. Car had some blemishes that obviously were not advertised and wasn’t cleaned properly inside or out but since I had a 15 hour drive back I wasn’t too concerned. Overall I would recommend them but expect to detail your own car.
Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens

Best car buying experience ever. I was looking at the dealership in the TriCities. Not happy with trade offer so sent a message to Walla Walla Valley Honda. I was called within one hour. They asked me exactly what I was looking for and expecting. I told them. Bottom line their first offer was $3500 more and the 2018 Honda Accord Sport 1.5L was at invoice. $4000 net different from other offer. I also received a lifetime powertrain warranty.
I walked into the dealer and I never felt like I was having to negotiate back and forth for the car I wanted.
