Search engine was easy and mostly accurate. Some details about the vehicle were off, for example, the listing stated the vehicle had gps and memory seats. The vehicle actually does not have either. Also, the vehicle has a spoiler moonroof and not a full functioning moonroof. Despite those missed details, thanks to Cars.com, I was still able to make a good vehicle purchase.
I called at 7:30 Am and told advisor that I wanted our car to go to their service bypassing a closer one as I trusted them more. They were prompt, gave great service and were more on point than I think another one might have been
The service department was very responsive, courteous, and helpful. I didn't have an appointment but needed to have my windshield wipers replaced before leaving for a 5 hour road trip. I was told to just come in and they'd help me out. And they did just that!! Thank you!

I had put off looking for a replacement for over a year, car buying had always been excruciating, tedious and time consuming. Heath greeted us at the door we had any easy quick conversation about what we were looking for, after checking inventory we discussed our options took a test drive, the car was amazing even in the pouring rain. Back at Otto???s, terms and the paperwork, orientation to the car and we were off. Heath Cameron and Otto???s provided the best car buying experience ever and I???ve bought quite a number of cars over the years, I highly recommend them!
Very hard to imagine a better experience, Justice Mogano is a top notch professional. We special ordered our 440i to get exactly what we wanted. Months ago Justice estimated our pickup date and did not miss it by more than a day or two. Also, he kept us very well informed throughout the process. We were made to feel like we are part of a family (very rare these days) and nothing was ever a problem with ordering and adjustments to financing. Then, the day of pickup, extremely smooth and Justice took as much time as we needed to explain new features and operation of the car.

This is my 1st time purchasing a BMW and I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through the process than Scott Gately. Scott patiently answered all of my questions & worked with me to structure a deal to my liking, The dealership is top notch and Scott was extremely professional & very responsive during and after the sale with anything I needed. I would highly recommend Otto's & Scott to anyone considering a New or Used BMW.

My wife and I wanted a new X5 and the last three 2018???s were on the showroom floor. I had been in for a quick service to top-off my tires as they needed some nitrogen. When I saw the three cars, I knew one would be ours but since this was my wife???s car, I wanted her to pick the vehicle she liked as the features were a little different on one of the models. We made an appointment to come in the next morning when the dealership opened to look at the three cars. She really liked the Black X5 and told the dealership we would return later in day as we had a prior commitment as she wanted too test drive the car. mid afternoon we found out the black car was sold. I told the salesman that it wasnt meant to be.....about an hour later, Ian texted me to add the one feature we wanted to one of the white X5 to acvomadate our needs at no charge to us. That???s the silver lining as we returned later in day, test drove and bought the car. The candid feedback is we would have appreciated a phone call from sales leadership that the car was going to be sold to another buyer, especially since we are 4x return buyers. They have 100% of our sales and service business and as feedback on transparency, it???s important to communicate with your sales staff on open opportunities as it may have given us a decision point to counter for purchase.
As always, quality of work was impeccable and the customer service was flawless. Cannot imagine dealing with another dealership. The performance division at Thompson is unlike anything offered by any BMW Dealership.
I took my car in for a phone integration problem (Bluetooth phone calls would switch to a radio station then eventually switch back to the phone call, and sometimes disconnecting on their own), which resulted in the dealer upgrading the car's software. When I picked up my car, I noticed that all the settings that I had made and saved in the car's software were gone! The car's default audio voice was now British english and the time was set to 24 hour time. While I appreciated the software update and it appears to have solved the original problem I'd been experiencing, I would have expected the technician to restore the car's settings to at least what they were when I took delivery of my car when new (2017). Further, it would have been desirable if they had saved my previous settings prior to the software update and restored them after the update was complete. It was time consuming and inconvenient to have to restore not only my personal settings, but many of the default settings present in BMWs when delivered in America. To add to my frustration, no one told me that I would have to reset all my preferences! That would have softened the blow a bit and I would have known what I was in for after pickup up my car.
Mike was great. Coming to end of my lease and wanted to stay with the Honda family. He communicated on my terms and was helpful and professional. It was a simple easy process and that???s how i like it!
