From my first phone call to the dealership days before buying the car, till now a week later, Sara Griffith has been nothing but helpful and proactive, focusing on what I wanted in a new car. She asked good questions and listen to answers and found the car that was right for me. I never felt like she was trying to fill a quota or upsell me on anything. She has stayed in touch, to make sure I understand how to work my Mini and that everything is functioning properly. I wish Sara were in real estate, because now I need to buy a house!
My daughter had been looking for a car for about a month now and had been having a difficult time finding exactly what she wanted. During this time, we met Ryan three to four weeks ago as she was interested in purchasing a Mini. When we first met Ryan she wasn???t 100% sure she wanted a Mini. He was very patient and took the time to educate us about the Mini???s and also spent time trying to find us one. Yesterday, we went to another dealership and had such a horrible experience that words cannot describe. So today when we returned to Ferman Mini it was so refreshing to have a sales person who was relaxed but also very forthcoming with everything from numbers to the condition of the car we were interested in. Saying that Ryan is an amazing person as a whole is an understatement. He truly cares about his customers and is willing to take the time to make sure they are happy. Needless to say my daughter bought the car at a very fair price! Thank you so much Ryan! Dan in finance was also very easy to work with and the manager Doug was wonderful as well. Great dealership who I will recommend to all my friends!

The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW!
Just left BMW of the Main Line for yet another Seamless Service Visit! I Applaud them for the Insite in hiring Top Notch service minded Staff. My Service Agent, Bill Sampson is the reason I am and will always be a loyal BMW of the Main Line Customer! This guy not only "Gets It" he makes each and every client his Priority! I'm in a Successful Service Business and I can honestly say I learn a lot from watching this guy! Kid Glove Customer Service!! And the Car Wash at the End of each Service, Brilliant!!

I could not have been more happier with my experience at this dealership. I found a pre-owned BMW 328i with low miles and a clean carfax report. It was a simple buying experience. I did most of the process before I even went to the dealership. This was my first time at this dealership and it was beautiful. Multi level with elevators so I didn't even have to walk up the steps. This was a huge benefit with my bad back and knees. Lastly, the general manager, Joe Serock even came out and said hello. All in all, great experience and I'd recommend this store to anyone I know. I have bought many cars over the years and have been a loyal Lexus owner. I was disappointed in the newest design of the Lexus fleet, so felt the need to look around. I had stopped into your dealership a number of years ago and had worked with Tom Brandt. Although, I opted to return to Lexus, Tom had left a favorable impression and I had saved his contact info on my phone. So I looked him up. Tim was very professional. His approach was laid back, no pressure whatsoever and his enthusiasm for BMW was infectious. We took a short test drive in an executive driven 530. I loved the car and came back to buy it a couple of days later. Jori was terrific as well and I was in a hurry. She got me out of there in no time. I came back a week later to learn the ins and outs of the car. I hated to leave Bredemann. I only hope the rest of my experience at your dealership will match my buying experience.
Can’t tell you what a great experience I had at this dealership with my salesperson Glenn. I drove 2 hours from Tucson and it was worth every minute! Glenn and the dealership delivered on every single promise on my used car buy and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I will absolutely be buying my next car here.
Purchased a used BMW i3 and had an excellent experience top to bottom. Staff was great, easy to work with and buying process was the easiest, most enjoyable I have had to date! (Have purchased 5 cars from dealerships over the years.)
Although haven't purchased a vehicle due to financing issues which are outside of the dealerships control they have been very patient and willing to work with us. Sales and financing have explained all details and gave my husband and I all options available.
I heartily recommend Anthony for all your service needs. He is 100% customer focused... and very helpful. Always does the followup, makes sure you are completely satisfied with the support. Great guy. Ontario BMW is lucky to have him.
Long time coming for this review.. After having issues with my BMW and not getting them corrected at another Dealership, I tried Ontario and take goodness I did, the customer service provided by Anthony Zabala is by far the BEST! Anthony thoroughly explained what there technicians will do to find the issue and have my Alpina running with no problems. Communication is key for me and Anthony exceeded my expectations, takes his time with my vehicle as it was his own! I will always bring my BMW to Ontario and will continue to refer customers to Anthony. Thanks Ant!
