When we walked into the showroom we were greeted By Devin in a very respectful manner. He has outstanding customer service, knows his product and did not put any pressure on us. He made us feel welcome and worked very had to get us what we wanted and make sure we were happy. If you want to work with someone that listens and understands what you want, Devin is your man. Been buying cars for over 50 years, best salesperson I ever met. Go see him and you will have a wonderful experience.
I inquired on a vehicle and received a very prompt response through both phone and e-mail. Unfortunately, the vehicle that I was interested in had been sold earlier that day. They apologized for the inconvenience and even gave me a time frame for the ads to be removed.
I received a follow-up a day or so later to see if there was anything else they could assist with. I have my heart set on a very particular vehicle, so I declined, but the extra effort was appreciated - even more so because they have not continued to reach out after making it clear that I'm out of state and not looking for anything except that particular vehicle make / model and options.
The process was smooth and relaxed. Agata was truly exceptional. She was attentive, insightful, honest, and helped me obtain the exact vehicle I wanted. It is truly a feeling of euphoria every time I look at or climb in my magnificent X6! For that, I have Agata to thank! I recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle seek out her expertise. Hez spent a great deal of time assisting my wife and I choose the correct car and options. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Prior to talking to Hez we were hesitant to buy because we did not know enough to make an informed purchase. Now we are very happy with our new vehicle.
My experience at the dealership was very pleasing and the dealer was very knowledgeable to me,I would recommend his service to all my friends when they're ready to make worthy transition. Now my SUV is like my last name CARSWELL
Service was fine. I'm a pretty regular customer. Sometimes it is hard to get any service advisor on the phone, and they don't call you back in a timely manner. As for the coutesy vehicles, I have said this before. They should be first come, first serve. Not just 2011 and newer cars. I have a 2006. Us older car owners are BNW's cash cow. We pay out of pocket or our extended warranty pays them. The newer car owners cars are still under warranty so they don't make any money on them.
From my first phone call to the dealership days before buying the car, till now a week later, Sara Griffith has been nothing but helpful and proactive, focusing on what I wanted in a new car. She asked good questions and listen to answers and found the car that was right for me. I never felt like she was trying to fill a quota or upsell me on anything. She has stayed in touch, to make sure I understand how to work my Mini and that everything is functioning properly. I wish Sara were in real estate, because now I need to buy a house!
First rate experience throughout. The CPO vehicle was in very good shape with low miles and Nicole Stem , the sales person was first rate???well informed, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with, as was her manager involved in my transaction.

Turned in my lease on a 5 series and resigned a new lease on an X3. The process was very smooth, very fair, seamless. I was willing to take something off the lot but they encouraged me to build it the way that I wanted it! So often dealers push what they already own, it was refreshing and appreciated that they were that concerned that I got what I really wanted. Took a little longer to get it but am completely satisfied. Highly recommend.
I recently purchased a new 2018 X1 from Westlake BMW. Jerry Mancini handled the sale and Mike Niedzwiecki the financials. Jerry was very honest, open and transparent through the whole sales process. I truly appreciated the time savings of just having a straight forward conversation on what works and what doesn't. Choosing the car, agreeing on a price and setting up pickup took an hour. Can’t tell you what a great experience I had at this dealership with my salesperson Glenn. I drove 2 hours from Tucson and it was worth every minute! Purchase Experience Redeemed First of all, absolutely love the vehicle hence I'm a returning customer. I was contacted by the general manager about upgrading my vehicle lease 4 months early. I agreed, completed paperwork, and received the vehicle. There was a mixup in the remaining balance for the old vehicle but I'm happy to report that this has been resolved. I do like this dealership and the people there.
