Buying experience was essentially what one expects when a trade-in is involved: waiting, haggling, waiting; and being hustled for financing, accessories, extended warranty, etc. However, overall, not unpleasant.
Salesman offered to schedule a post-delivery tutorial for vehicle's various control features. Unfortunately, unable to accept. Given the unnecessary complexity of BMW's controls, I regretted my decision. Car is terrific, even if I can't use some of its features.
Service department seems competent, efficient and willing to accommodate scheduling and explain nature of work. Physical facility is new with very comfortable waiting area and great coffee service. Of course, this is the only BMW dealer in Southern Oregon.
