New and used 2025 BMW X3 for sale near Cohasset, MA

I unexpectedly arrived to pay bill and pick up a part. The service manager quickly had the paperwork and part ready. Thankful they expedited the process.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

Been a long term customer of service department. Needed to replace high mileage car and sales rep took time to understand needs / wants and talk through new and used options. Decided on a new car.

Everyone was friendly. The waiting area was comfortable offering both hot and cold beverages. The wait was reasonable and was consistent with estimated time I was given by my service advisor.

Not sure why all the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and this store seemed to have more stock of certified cars than any other. Ill always gravitate back to a Herb Chambers, since I bought two Lexus from the Sharon store and had a great experience with their sales and service (although I would never by another Lexus, but thats a different story). Herb Chambers dealerships are all about exceptional customer service and great relationships for the long term which is what I like. From start to finish, this dealership had great communication from online, text and in person and Ahmed, my sales person was exceptional, friendly and professional and I could not ask for anything better. Great service, great people and quality cars , I would highly recommend this dealership. The location is not ideal, and it is a smaller dealership with mostly cars in the showroom, but they do an excellent job.

I was met by Andrew at the service area. He was very polite and helpful as i was dropping off my vehicle for a new windshield & recall. He was informative and made my experience extremely easy. I would recommend my friends to go there due to his professionalism.

I had a noise with my brakes that was hard to describe. It was nothing that functional. No grinding, no pulling in any direction. It was unique. This dealership was willing to take a ride with me. He was attentive, listened to my explanations. And, a few hours later? fixed! This experience far exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Stephen and Patrick for their expertise!
