I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

My car was in service for an emergency repair. I was a bit frazzled wHen I showed up, but the team at Chapman and my service advisor, Emi, took great care of me and my car. Great communication throughout the process. They fixed the required repair, took care of the maintenance, a recall, and secured me a loaner car. Such a stress free experience!

My car is a BMW X5 XDR40I Sports AC, and it did not need much service, just minor cosmetics requiring minimal interaction with the service department. He was easy to deal with, answered all my questions, was very patient during the leasing negotiations. He was very patient giving my wife a test ride. The finance Manager I dealt with was Giuseppe Ferrara. He was straightforward and helped me make some intelligent financial decisions. Definitely recommend him, also. Love it. Car is comfy, quick and the wonderful B58 Twin-Scroll Turbo I6 makes all the right noises! Awesome daily driver. Period! Interior has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. Ride is luxury-oriented but also can grip & RIP through the corners, almost as well as any sports sedan out there pretty much.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations.
