From my first phone call to the dealership days before buying the car, till now a week later, Sara Griffith has been nothing but helpful and proactive, focusing on what I wanted in a new car. She asked good questions and listen to answers and found the car that was right for me. I never felt like she was trying to fill a quota or upsell me on anything. She has stayed in touch, to make sure I understand how to work my Mini and that everything is functioning properly. I wish Sara were in real estate, because now I need to buy a house!
My daughter had been looking for a car for about a month now and had been having a difficult time finding exactly what she wanted. During this time, we met Ryan three to four weeks ago as she was interested in purchasing a Mini. When we first met Ryan she wasn???t 100% sure she wanted a Mini. He was very patient and took the time to educate us about the Mini???s and also spent time trying to find us one. Yesterday, we went to another dealership and had such a horrible experience that words cannot describe. So today when we returned to Ferman Mini it was so refreshing to have a sales person who was relaxed but also very forthcoming with everything from numbers to the condition of the car we were interested in. Saying that Ryan is an amazing person as a whole is an understatement. He truly cares about his customers and is willing to take the time to make sure they are happy. Needless to say my daughter bought the car at a very fair price! Thank you so much Ryan! Dan in finance was also very easy to work with and the manager Doug was wonderful as well. Great dealership who I will recommend to all my friends!
In recent weeks, and actually since August I have had the absolute pleasure of visiting this Dealership no less than 7 times. I dropped off my MINI Cooper lease in Late August. I started looking for a New MINI (on-line) some time in early July or late June. I have had service 3 times on two other cars, and recently purchased a 2019 MINI Cooper Countryman S. All Chili Red! Santos my MINI sales advisor should have fired me in September. He was very patient and I absolutely LOVE my New Countryman. Now he is a full time Manager and I was his last sale. BMW Service always has treated me exceptionally well and my last 3 visits were no exception. Jamie Annese always seems to be yessing me whenever I have a request. The Service drive is always friendly and all the Service Advisors are a team. Now, I get to Heidi Coberly. Truly a professional in every aspect of what she does. Never a it can't be done. Always we can make it happen. Her smile is contagious! Thank you Ferman MINI and BMW!
So far all I have done is sign the paperwork for the vehicle. They gave me the price I wanted on a 2018 BMW 640i GT and have worked with me to get the vehicle delivered on our anniversary (I am in a different state). Their explanations are concise as long as you are clear on what you are asking or what you want. I would recommend Isringhausen

The best car buying experience I've ever encountered. Worked directly with Brad Schaffer...who was wonderful from start to finish. I was interested in a Lexus RX F-Sport I found online. I negotiated an out-the-door deal over email and prior to stepping into the dealership, since I was from MD. Gave them a deposit over the phone and they held the car for me, as they said they would. I've heard of many dealers selling a car regardless of a deposit being given. Took a bus down to Raleigh (would probably do train/plane if I had to do it again)...Brad picked me up from the terminal, had the car detailed and ready for pick-up out front. He even got me a huge red bow (for my wife) to place on the car and take pics with. Honored my request to have the tint removed and the exact pricing we had agreed on...no sneaky business! All the paperwork was ready for me and took maybe 15 mins to complete. The rest of the time, Brad just let me go explore the car without hovering and test driving. Highly recommended...hope to do business with them again!
When we walked into the showroom we were greeted By Devin in a very respectful manner. He has outstanding customer service, knows his product and did not put any pressure on us. He made us feel welcome and worked very had to get us what we wanted and make sure we were happy. If you want to work with someone that listens and understands what you want, Devin is your man. Been buying cars for over 50 years, best salesperson I ever met. Go see him and you will have a wonderful experience.
My 2011 BMW needed some repair that my hometown auto repair wasn't able to do so I called Gault. We made an appt., I took my car in, they called that very morning with what needed to be done and an estimate of cost and time. They got it done quicker than anticipated. When I picked up my car it was as clean as if I had just bought it from them. Unfortunately Gault is about 40 miles from my area or I would take my car there for every minor thing also! I was VERY happy with the service!
My recent leasing an X2 from Habberstad was totally different from any other dealer I have I have dealt with. Your salesman, (Tom Drake) made the experience a pleasurable event. I definitely will recommend Habberstad to my family and friends.
The professionalism and courtesy was beyond exceptional. Showrooms were spotless. My point person was Justin Martinez he handled my trade in and putting in my new BMW. Joseph Saint-Val was my BMW genius. He spent over an hour sitting with me in my new car. He covered all the bases in acclimating me with my car. Joe was super professional and extremely knowledgeable. The last person I sat with was Helga Carroll who handled the financial segment.She was extremely knowledgeable and explained every little detail to me. All in all my experience at Competion BMW was perfect.
Eric DuVerger was excellent and was timely and accommodating with my car and arranged for rental car for me. They provided transportation to and from my office and made the service appointment seamless.
