Terry was respectful and listened carefully to my explanation of transmission problems. Hopkins and Acura were efficient in fixing the problem. At this point, my car runs fine. In addition, Acura extended part of the warranty on this car, which was not required, but is very much appreciated, and will assure that we will continue our longstanding purchases of Acura vehicles.
They didn't have the car that I exactly wanted and didn't try to push anything on me - customer service was exceptional and Ryan was great to deal with. I would not hesitate purchasing from these guys in the future.
I have owned 3 BMWs in the past 8 years, dealt with 3 different dealers in 3 states. Eastbay BMW is by far the best dealership I ever worked with. Super clean showrooms and service area. All staffs are super friendly and the process of getting it service or repairs is flawless! Highly recommend!
Convenient and pretty good service. Other than parts and service cost, I have experienced very good service at hopkins acura service center. Service is pretty good. One thing to say, please get the car dried after wash.
Matthew Allen was none the less spectacular! Matt and Jason burger put together a great deal and kept my wife and I entertained the entire time! two thumbs up!
