My BMW is certified pre-owned and it needed to be serviced. I brought it to the dealership and was treated with the upmost respect and the employees were so friendly. This BMW dealership worked with me and took into consideration my plans for the day. They reassured me that they would do their best to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Usually getting your car serviced can be a headache in itself and time consuming. At this BMW dealership that is not the case. They even offered to have one of their workers drive me to the Woodbury Commons Outlet. (Which is located not even a half mile away from the facilities)
Overall a wonderful atmosphere to be in and I will not bring my car anyway else to be serviced. A+ grade in my book!
Top shelf service department. Your vehicle is ready when the say it will be. Clean and confortable waiting area. There are two BMW dealers closer to my home than Orange County BMW, but from Selection to sales to service they are worth the trip.

From the start Terrence Holmes was truly professional an accommodating. This is the second car we purchased from Wide World BMW in a 3 month span. Ricky in Finance did an outstanding job of keeping us informed of the process, and expediting the paper work. The car was a surprise gift for my sons 17th birthday on December 18th. Terrence offered to store the car for 2 weeks on the dealership property, which helped us out immensely.
I had been taking my 3 series for service here and always had a great experience with Kevin, my service manager. When my lease was ending, he recommended i speak to Ricardo, one of the salesmen. Ricardo helped me every step of the way. He had suggested that i custom order the car because i wanted special features. I would have never considered this otherwise. This was definitely the way to go and ended up saving me a lot of money in the long run that I would have otherwise spent on features i did not want or need. He was always available whenever i had questions. He was even able to get me into the new car sooner than anticipated. Everything went smoothly on the day of pickup. Having had a horrible experience at BMW Edison with a finance manager, I was not looking forward to dealing with the finance manager at Wide World, but Joe was great! He made everything quick and painless. I would definitely recommend this dealership not only for a new car, but service as well.
This was my first experience at a BMW dealership. I was told by a friend to visit them, that they were amazing. And without a doubt they held up to that expectation. From the moment I stepped into the door, it was nothing that I ever experienced. Welcoming, professional, sincere, and friendly are just some of the words that describe BMW of the Hudson valley along with their staff David and Anu. I felt like I was meant to be there. From their initial hello and there constant contact with me, I couldn't be me pleased and satisfied. When my car was ready, I felt as if THEY who had sold, (what I'm sure would be more cars then I could number) was JUST as excited and sincere for me, as I was to be driving away with one. Thank you. Absolute awesome experience. My salesman Chris Weaver was extremely knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I did financing through BMW and Patrick was wonderful. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Not to mention they had the best pricing around.
My business transaction of the ca purchase went very well with one exception, they promised to detail he vehicle but it was only washed. I would have addressed my complaint but I had a prior engagement and did not have the time to wait at the dealership. So far so good with the vehicle. In conclusion I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
