I can???t say enough about Ashley and Tim at Princeton BMW. They went beyond out of their way to help me with an emergency situatio. I didn???t have to wait long at all (without an appointment) to handle my situation. They are extremely professional and very helpful. I highly recommend them for everything.
Search engine was easy and mostly accurate. Some details about the vehicle were off, for example, the listing stated the vehicle had gps and memory seats. The vehicle actually does not have either. Also, the vehicle has a spoiler moonroof and not a full functioning moonroof. Despite those missed details, thanks to Cars.com, I was still able to make a good vehicle purchase.
I called at 7:30 Am and told advisor that I wanted our car to go to their service bypassing a closer one as I trusted them more. They were prompt, gave great service and were more on point than I think another one might have been

The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW!
As always, quality of work was impeccable and the customer service was flawless. Cannot imagine dealing with another dealership. The performance division at Thompson is unlike anything offered by any BMW Dealership.
I took my car in for a phone integration problem (Bluetooth phone calls would switch to a radio station then eventually switch back to the phone call, and sometimes disconnecting on their own), which resulted in the dealer upgrading the car's software. When I picked up my car, I noticed that all the settings that I had made and saved in the car's software were gone! The car's default audio voice was now British english and the time was set to 24 hour time. While I appreciated the software update and it appears to have solved the original problem I'd been experiencing, I would have expected the technician to restore the car's settings to at least what they were when I took delivery of my car when new (2017). Further, it would have been desirable if they had saved my previous settings prior to the software update and restored them after the update was complete. It was time consuming and inconvenient to have to restore not only my personal settings, but many of the default settings present in BMWs when delivered in America. To add to my frustration, no one told me that I would have to reset all my preferences! That would have softened the blow a bit and I would have known what I was in for after pickup up my car.
worked with Alex Edgar and Craig Brauer, they are super helpful. This is our first stop for shopping a new bmw x5. it only took a morning to finish everything, and drive the new car back home. highly recommended. however, i could only give a 4 star for dealership. it is because of Jowel Ahmed. He was doing paper work for us. But he was trying to play some trick on us. he misleaded us to purchase some unnecessary maintenance coverage. and he did not provide us enough coverage policy information. After gettting back home, we talked with our friends with bmw, just figure it out. The coverage on brake and belt is very unlikely to be useful for the first three years of the bmw X5. And this coverage can be cancelled within certain time window. Jowel never mentioned the cancellation policy to us. overall, princeton bmw is a great place for shopping bmw. their front desk are very helpful, but need be careful for their back office guys .
My recent purchase was my 15th BMW at Thompson and my 9th with Shaheed Sanders. Every department at Thompson is outstanding which is why I continue to purchase my BMW's from this terrific organization.
Went to the dealership to browse and met Carl and he was such a great guy who was very resourceful. He was not pushy or inpatient, it was like he placed himself in my shoes and offered me all information I needed to make my decision. I'm loving my 4 series, very pleased with my purchase.
