I had an interesting experience at Nalley BMW dealership.Had an 10000 mile service on my 535D,service was
fast for a Saturday afternoon,agent was knowledgeable in explaining what my car needed what was going to be
done and the pricing.About a half hour or so the agent called me back in his office,explained what the Tech had found , the agent quoted me one price but the Tech had a different price much higher than the agents.The agent kept his word and gave me the price he quoted me,most places would have when with the Tech quoted,but not Nalley BMW.I got in my car which they wash,got home when back out I notice my next service date was wrong,which made me think that they didnt do a good job.Called Monday told them I was not satisfied,Brian the Service Manager called me back with in an hour or less which most managers wont call back that quick or at all,He wanted me to come back so he could check it out,which I did .When I arrive there
told them who I was and they took my car right away and the manager came out and told me what they were going to do.About 20 minutes two managers came out told me what they found ,the Tech put when my brakes are due and not my next service due which Im use to seeing and then they showed me what all my computer can do which was a learning experince which was very educational.I just moved here and it was my first service here in Atlanta. I never experience this kind of service and price at my old dealership. Which I
would have to pay for my DEF at my old dealership because its a diesel,but at Nelley they top off all fluids.And then to top it off they give me an complimentary oil change.That is really customer service and Im gald I came to Nalley BMW of Decatur.Im definitely going have my Bimmer service here for as long as im here in the ATL.If you want to treated like a valued customer of BMW go to Nalley of Decatur and you will have an ULTIMATE experience at an BMW dealership.
