Sam worked efficiently to provide great pricing and handled my trade-in with care, making the entire process seamless. Jake DeMattia from the Genius Center was incredibly helpful, ensuring I had all the information I needed about my new car. Danny Rodriguez in finance was both friendly and efficient, making the final steps of the purchase smooth and stress-free. I purchased an X5, and I couldn’t be happier. 5 stars! My only feedback, as someone who frequently purchases high-end vehicles (Range Rover, Aston Martin, Acura, etc.), is that the dealership can get very busy and you can tell the staff was overwhelm, I think some technology could help them because people would get lost in the waiting room like we did :). This is understandable, especially on a weekend and the last day of the month—partly my timing. Overall, I look forward to building a long-term relationship with this amazing team. Love on Demand Suspension Changes
We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)
