The Ultimate Car Buying Experience!

Phil Milewski spearheaded my ???Ultimate Car Buying Experience??? at BMW of Devon. I was looking for a very specific car and BMW of Devon had it. I picked up the phone to check if the car was still available and sure enough it was. On the other line was Phil Milewski. After three phone calls over the course of 15 minutes (nobody works faster than Phil) we landed on a fair price for the vehicle. I put a deposit down on the car over the phone that Tuesday afternoon. From there, Phil set up a delivery date 48 Hours later. He even arranged for a car service to pick me up from my home in NY the day of delivery and have me driven down to the dealership. Wow! Upon my arrival I was greeted by Phil and the used car sales manager, Jim Kostack in the parking lot. Once I got inside I was then introduced to Mike Todak who is the general manager. The three of them thanked me for my business and could not have been any nicer. They even presented me with a piece of BMW luggage as a thank you for coming all the way down from NY. I was so blown away by all of this! I ended up being there a little early and the car was not ready yet. It was lunch time so Phil purchased lunch for me and had food delivered to the waiting room. This was great! I ended up getting to meet a number of the incredible sales people there like: David Sloan, owner of the Sloane auto network who thanked me for my business, Rick Osberg in sales (turns out his daughter and I went to school together, his son-in-law was a college teammate of mine and we shared many of the same friends) and Brad Tobolinsky, in sales who actually owned the car prior to me purchasing. Brad told me all about the car and how much I would enjoy it which was nice when you???re making a big purchase like this. After having lunch with Phil and the staff I met with Lisa Puggi in finance. She???s incredible! She answered all my questions and got me in and out of there quickly. I finally got the keys to my new car then. Phil took me out to the car. It had just been meticulously detailed for me. There, he and the BMW Genius showed me all the incredible features on the car. Days later Phil followed up to see if I was happy with my purchase and enjoying the car. My answer was YES! Purchasing a vehicle from Phil Milewski at BMW of Devon was undoubtably one of the finest buying experiences of my life! In the past I???d always dreaded having to purchase a vehicle because it felt like I was getting taken advantage of. This couldn???t be any further from the truth with Phil. It felt like he was on my side the entire time. He and BMW of Devon changed the way I view the car buying experience. I plan on being a customer for life. Nobody is better than this guy!
