I recently purchased my 6th car from BMW Austin with Troy Massey. The dealership and facilties are beautiful and comfortable, which makes waiting for any maintenance or repairs actually pleasant. The buying process with Troy has always been easy, respectful, and no pressure. Overall I was once again satisfied and look forward to my 7th car in a few yrs.

Clean facility. While awaiting my car that being serviced, the young lady in sales approached me and was actually quite good. I told her I was waiting for my car and she engaged me in a conversation and did a pretty good job of describing the new 2016 i8 model I was looking at (I have a 2014 i8). I was impressed even though she said she was relatively new to the dealership.

I worked closely with Gerald Velasco at BMW Encinitas to get a number of repairs done to the body of my 2012 650i Convertible. At our initial meeting, he looked at the damage and provided me an on-the-spot estimate for the work. Throughout the service, he went out of his way to keep me informed of the progress. I ended up asking for additional repairs and Gerald found the best way to correct the problem. He was always honest in his evaluation of the problem and dedicated to getting it fixed right the first time! He maintained a professional, yet friendly manner that put me at ease and made me feel that both my car and I were in good hands. At completion of the service, my car was returned in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this center and Gerald Velasco for anyone needing body work on their BMW.
I must say.... not only did my car ( 2013 BMW 535i Gran Turismo xdrive) get the proper service, I was personally over impressed by the hands on courtesy I received from the team at Momentum BMW Mini. When I brought my car to their service department I was greeted at my vehicle by a representative who kindly directed me to the service area. My service representative was named RICK RAWLANDS whom I had spoken to over the phone but wasn't in his office when I arrived but to my amazement he had left instructions with the front desk clerk that I would be coming and they took great care of me.
Though they did have a shuttle to take me back to my destination the service and parts manager SHAWN offered to personally take me. In that short period of time with him I came to the conclusion that he was an honest and stand up person.... he even gave me a BMW Tee shirt and assured me that he would make sure that all of my needs would be met. The following day was a Saturday and I returned to the service department where I met EMILY who was very curtious, hands on and attentive to my needs. EMILY made sure that I was set up in a 2017 430i loaner.
Monday morning I stopped in to meet up with Rick who had been off for the weekend to see if I could get the car to duplicate my issue. After my arrival he immediately called over his shop Forman named BRYAN who went out for a drive with me and we were able to get the car to duplicate the problem which turned out to be the lower fuel pump. Wednesday they were all done and my car runs superbly.
Needless to say I give this service team a 10 out of 10 and would be confidant to bring my car here again over anywhere else in this city. Hands down they are the best I've ever dealt with. Great job Momentum!!!!!
Customer service is excellent. Price on vehicles are just as great. Staff at this dealer had a great positive attitude. Very helpful during the finance process in which they assisted in getting the best deal. Greatly recommend it as i plan on returning.
I???ve been a loyal customer of another dealership but came to J.T. Chevy due to the inventory selection. Marva Thompson was extremely nice and never pushy. She was very knowledgeable of the truck I bought (2018 Colorado) I didn???t really plan to buy thet day but Marva made the experience so pleasant I went ahead and moved forward. The whole experience was very efficient and no hassle. Kevin in the finance Dept was very efficient as well. He did a great job explaining everything and got us done quickly but not rushed. What I really liked was that Marva took me on a tour of the dealership and showed me where to go in the event I ever need assistance. I worked with Michael, Mgr on my trade-in. He was very nice and worked with me to come to a price that we were both happy with. J.T. Chevy has earned a new custom!
Drove from Nashville for a better experience. Courteously greeted and made to feel valued. I had called about a car-it was ready and waiting. I was offered refreshments and an immediate test drive. Afterwards I was met and we talked about the car. I wanted to look at another and was given the keys for another test drive. I picked the vehicle-the negotiating was typical-but friendly, back and forth to "the decision makers?" We arrived at a price and that was that. I was going to arrange my own financing but Grayson BMW offered more competitive BMW financing rates. Done deal! I was going to pay a large downpayment-the finance manager suggested I could invest the downpayment amount (my own choice of options) and most likely earn more interest/return $ than I would save by paying down my low interest loan. Great suggestion.
I'm glad I made the drive-then the Product Expert (BMW Genius) offered to go over the major features. He scheduled a follow-up a few weeks later to go over questions (second delivery.) Excellent service! Great buying experience.
Sales: Adam and Michael went above and beyond to provide us with specific information about the 2016 Beetle Dune prior to our purchase. They were experienced, knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated their honesty and sincerity during the buying process and definitely were treated with courtesy and respect. We are very happy with our purchase and give a nod to Joe and the detailer from service who stayed late to finish paperwork and make sure we drove home in a beautiful, clean car! After researching small/compact SUV's we had narrowed our choices down to the Honda CR-V and one other brand vehicle. We test drove at East Coast Honda and were impressed with the vehicle's ride, interior room, trunk space, and technology. Decided to stick with Honda - this is #7!
Looked at a used car and would like to especially recognize the knowledge and courtesy and style of the "genius", Brett. A wonderful concept and great choice in this role. Overall pleased with him.
Disappointed however to learn that the vehicle had "so called" passed the 150 point check up yet the A/C system was not working properly. Understand that the "oxidation" of paint on the hood and trunk has not been remedied but "mislead" when told it would be immediately treated and look like new. I knew that wouldn't be and never should have been told such. Repainting required.

This is my 3rd BMW, and I’ve worked with a more local dealership on the 1st two but my experience at BMW of Lancaster has been by far the most impressive. Very comfortable, no pressure, and beyond accommodating. Highly recommend this dealership!
I purchased a Mercedes Benz 350E yesterday, Saturday evening from Jason Tsanakas at Jumbo Luxury cars. The experience was excellent! We showed up about 20 minutes before closing to just look at a car we saw online. Jason showed us the car, but due to the large selection of high end quality cars I saw on the lot, I wanted to compare that Mercedes to other options I saw. He patiently showed us each car, explaining all the options each car came with, even though it was now after closing hours. We saw a car on the lot that was perfect for us. Jason again spent the extra time to sell us the car right then rather than just taking a deposit and having us wait until Monday to take the car home. The buying process took less than 45 minutes. This was the best experience I have every had buying a car. I will definitely recommend this dealer and salesman to all my friends. The cars are top notch, the selection is amazing and the customer service was excellent!

My experience at Pinebelt was nothing short of amazing! Brian provided excellent customer service as well as making the whole process quick and easy! He was very helpful, and got me into the perfect 2019 Jeep Compass! I would definitely recommend brian to anyone looking for a knowledgeable salesman!
That was a walk-in as my check engine light was on for two days. While they were fixing the issue with my engine light, they also took chance to fix the issue of noise and vibration when braking. During the process, the service rep Dave Zelen came to talk to me many times to update me on the status. He also gave me an estimated time of fixing the squeaky noise on both my driver and passenger seat and how to book a loaner car beforehead. Very happy for the services they performed. Dave also emailed me days after to follow up to make sure everything went well.
Everyone @ BMW Bridgeport showed patience, knowledge and expertise. Having owned BMW's for over 15 years I will always by the brand only at BMW of Bridgeport. Vinny not only listened to my needs/wants, delivered exactly what I expected without pressuring me for more upgrades and did not hassle me to make a decision. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. When I picked up the vehicle someone (I'm embarassed to have forgotten his name) spent close to an hour reviewing the enhancements to the 2018 3 series. Ensuring I felt confident driving the vehicle home, taking time to to hooking up my blue tooth and loading my radio stations. There were quite a few differences between my current 3 Series and new one. He was very patient with my technical limitations and made all the changes seamless. Victoria from the Business Office was personable and made the transaction easy; ensuring that all the Financials were easily understood. My decision to start the sales process with BMW of Bridgeport came through my 10 year always positive relationship with my Service Specialist Bernard. I have been able to trust in his knowledge and judgements about the service of my previous vehicle for 10 years and I know nothing about cars or technology. Basically buying a vehicle at BMW of Bridgeport is seeing a "family" @ work. The process involved a lot of different people,they all showed trust in each others strengths to give me the "ultimate BMW experience". Thank you all!
