I had an amazing visit at Dallas BMW from my very first interaction with Julie, via telephone. In person she handed me off to Ryan Chong, the sales advisor. He was the OG, tenured, informed, passionate about the product, knowledgeable and polished. Perfect representative for their brand. Both he and Julie couldn't do enough to make me feel valued, appreciated and authentically wanted to earn my business. I had been to 4 of the BWM dealerships in the past few days here in Metro DFW and here is my ranking on service, pricing, authenticity and overall NPS. 1. Dallas BMW 2 McKinney Hendricks BMW 3. Only had the X5 for 4 weeks now but so far it is an awesome vehicle that runs and drives great. It appears to be very well built with good body lines and fit. Some of the safety features and electronic systems take some time to get set up properly for the best driving experience but the reward is well worth the time as everything is customizable for two drivers. Only bad thing is that a mower along the roadside threw a stone and put a chip in our paint and the paint isn’t self healing.

Mr. Lopez was our service manager and he was great. He communicated regarding all repairs and status of work.

My first Bmw x5 was a 2013 and was wrecked and was a great car . I purchased a 2015 this year as a upgrade and I love it.

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!

I purchased a vehicle on 2/16/2023. The process was fast and efficient. The staff was extremely helpful and there was zero sales pressure. The CarMax financing offer was as good as I had found independantly.

Our daughter is at University of Dallas and we live 5 hours away. When her Bronco started acting up I felt helpless. I called Westway Ford and Cesar in the service department is amazing and made me feel at ease immediately. They did an excellent job and kept me posted the entire time. Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

I frequently change cars because I love to learn and experience new vehicles. I bought a new 2020 RR Defender and traded it after 5 months for the X5. I wasn't really looking for a new car but fell in love with the X5 while accompanying a friend on a test drive. I really like that it handles like an ultimate driving machine. And the drive characteristics are extremely customizable. It's quiet, quick and comfortable. No squeaks or rattles - the RR had a few. It's a solid German example of automotive excellence.

I had a wonderful experience at Classic BMW and wish that I could continue to use them as my service center! My service provided was Cody Garcia who earned 5 stars for sure! I had driven out to visit my parents in Allen, TX from Atlanta, GA. When I arrived, my Emergency Call System Malfunction light came on the dash of my 2019 X3. All of my internet based systems, GPS, ConnectedDrive, voice recognition, etc. stopped working. I did some research on the BMW forums and found it was most likely a result of the shark fin leaking, which shorts out the TCU. I heard it was an extensive job, involving the removal of the headliner and ordering parts could create delays in the repair. I let Cody know all of this when I dropped it off on Monday morning and advised I would need it back by Friday to drive home. While I was eager to have my systems back online before headed back to ATL, I knew I may have to wait. Cody kept me informed each day and eventually let me know they would be able to repair within the time frame!! They even went the extra step of replacing the headliner, which had damage from a previous repair to fix my LED lights that went out a while back... I couldn't believe they noted the damage was left by my home service center! I felt nervous that there may be rattles after the repair, but I have absolutely none... in fact, I think I had one before taking it in to Classic that is now gone! After the repairs, they did a service inspection and returned my car with an excellent wash! All the while, was happy with my M240i Convertible loaner... a fun little car to have for the week's vacation with my family! I am so thankful they were able to get everything repaired quickly and they treated me so nicely for visitor from out of state! Highly recommend!!!

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

Plenty of legroom In the back; smooth ride. Love the split hatch. The interior is gorgeous and the ambient light features are really nice. Drives really well and it’s great that it tows close to 6,000lbs!
