I purchased a CPO BMW at Prestige BMW. Starting with Marcus (Internet Sales) who put me in touch with Rob DiDomenico(Sales) to Jim (Finance) and Ann (service), the process was stress free and a pleasant experience. Dwayne (BMW genius) was very patient in walking through all features of the car. I emailed Prestige BMW with a request showing my interest in a CPO 5 series. Marcus was quick enough in responding, he informed via email that the car was not available, and sent me a list of available cars. I called the next day and asked Marcus to put me in touch with a sales person. This dealership is about 75 miles and at least 90 mins from where I live. Marcus put me in touch with Rob who assured me that if I came down to the dealership, my time was well spent. Their online car trade in calculator is pretty awesome. The pricing on the cars is the best nationwide. I had spent atleast couple of months looking prices nationwide for a CPO BMW. I put down a deposit on May 13th, didn't not test drive the car. Told ROb I will come back with my trade in and the check for the remainder at a later date. DCU had offered 2.24%. I declined to go with BMW finance because as other dealer close to where I live told me that the finance offer I had on hand was the best. This car was a surprise but for my wife and she had no idea about this. I go back on May 26th to pick my car. Jim from finance approached me and asked what if he gets me a 1.9% from BMW finance, would I be interested? I said why not? Jim did his magic, in less than 3 mins, I had 1.9% financing on the car which dropped my monthly payment significantly, I bring the car home, then after a couple of days notice a tear in the leather seat and the lock on the glove box didn't work. I call Rob and he asks me to drop by. I go there, the service guys did an excellent job of repairing the leather. It looked like a brand new piece of leather, but Rob told me that the lock may be covered by CPO and any dealer can fix it. I go to Princeton BMW after a couple of days, Princeton BMW tells me that the lock is broken and not covered by warrant. It costs me $900 to fix it. Now I am really pissed at Rob and Prestige. I call Rob, Rob asks me to drop by again. I am like - xxx? Why didn't u check the last time and now I have to spend half a day again. Mr. Rob told me in a very calm voice to come by. I drive up there to prestige and explain my frustration to Anna (service), in less than 10 minutes the lock was fixed. Apparently a small metal piece had got in the lock. All they had to do is remove the piece and lock was back in action. I told Rob and Anna that I don't mind driving up for service even it takes an hour and half to get there. The staff at Prestige are very honest and friendly. Last but not least the girls at the front desk welcome everyone with a warm smile.

I just purchased my 5th X5 since 2004, this, new and updated version of the BMW X5 is sleeker, faster, hugs the road and is wonderfully comfortable. Gas mileage has improved to 20mph - really a superb vehicle all around.

My 2016 X5 lease coming to an end , had 3 months left. After exploring opportunity to finance instead of leasing checked for 2018 models less than 5K miles . This dealer ship had 2 out of which the one that I got had the features which I needed . All started with Venetia texting and emailing me information. I met with Tim who was nice and not overbrearing .He bought on the finance person and once I saw that it was a reasonable deal I closed on the deal right away . Kirsten Perwas was nice and explained the newer features . However I am unhappy that BMW has changed their policy of 50000 miles ( full service including wipers/ brake pads /Lining etc to just 36000 miles oil change) Also they have increased the over milage from $0.18 to $0.25 per mile . Even though I live in wayne near Paul Miller ,I will be coming to BMW Ramsey for the service and I am assuming if service is over an hour , I will be given a loaner .

The right size SUV for my growing family. Very comfortable especially for a long drive and lots of room front and back. Has twin turbo, equipped with navigation and backup camera all features my hubby loves. I am up higher compare to my 2016 RAV4 and feels really really comfortable.

I Was expecting better mileage than my previous 2013 X5 Diesel. Electric mode is quickly drained going short distances and far from the advertised 52 mpg. Considering the difference in cost and some functionality, the X5 Diesel is a better option. The engine light has come on 4X’s after less than 4000 miles, consequently it has been in Service for weeks at a time and they were unable to diagnosis the problem. Needless to say I am concerned on reliability to drive the car a long distance.

When I first visited C&K I was skeptical never having bought a high end vehicle from a non branded dealership. They didn't have a beautiful showroom, the sales people were not dressed to impress it was just a warehouse setting. Well let me say I was blown away! Mr. Ed Rodriguez and Mr. Tom Sina were absolutely fantastic. They're prices are almost too good to be true and they gave me a fantastic deal on my trade in. Writing reviews is not my thing. The fact is, I have never written a review but my experience with Haasan Pires was sensational so I vowed to make time and write one. I had an opportunity to work with Haasan for my BMW 535i Xdrive - the guy is natural, he cares, he's knowledgeable, friendly, no pressure whatsoever. What more can a customer ask for? Not only did I get a kick ass deal on my 535i, I was also humbled by his selflessness. I traded a Jeep which was registered in my wife's name (wife wasn't present during the trade - we live in northern CT). Getting to the end of the deal, we realized that my wife needed to be there to sign for the transfer of plates. Haasan worked his magic and helped me finalize the deal - now the juicy part: We needed my wife's signature to complete the deal so Haasan volunteered to drive back with my to CT so that my wife can sign. Long story short, this guy drove to CT with me to get my wife to sign the papers. He easily could've told me to come back with my wife to sign then pick up the car but he went out of his way to do what he did. HE'S THE REAL MVP!! Why wouldn't you want to work this Mr Pires? HURRY AND GO SEE HIM AT WIDE WORLD BMW - RT 59 NY.

This car serves all my wants and needs in an suv. Fun to drive, stylish, plenty of horsepower and great fuel economy. It's so light and responsive at the wheel. It handles like a sports car, but has the fuel efficiency of a Honda Civic. The electric battery comes in handy driving in town or stuck in bumper to bumper traffic. Very comfortable ride. My family love this car. I would recommend a test drive to really appreciate this car.

We saw World Wide of Cars BMW on line, searched their certified pre-owned vehicles and found a couple we were interested in. We requested a salesperson to call us back and Haasan Pires replied and we set up an appointment for 4:30pm. We got their late due to traffic and they were closing at 6pm but he waited and didn't make us feel we inconvenieced him. We saw a couple of cars and decided to allow him some time now knowing our requirements and return the next day around noon. When we arrived he had mutliple vehicles we could see and he couldnt have been more accommodating. We ended up purchasing a CPO 328Xi. They detailed the car, replaced the batteries in the remotes, filled the gas tank, registered the vehicle and delivered it to us showroom new within 2 hours. The Finance Manager Gary Shapiro treated us like family, Willie Gallagher the CPO Manager was great and the BMW Tech Guru Tyler was extremely helpful explaining to us the options we didn't even know was included. The best experience and as I stated Buying the car was as great an experience as owning it.

Needed a larger car to accommodate my growing family. But also wanted something on the fuel-efficient side. There are very few plug in or fully electric SUVs (Mercedes, Volvo, Tesla, BMW). The X5 40e has been tremendous - it's plenty peppy, allows all electric driving around town (I'm getting 12-15 miles on the battery). For commutes under 40 miles, if you need an SUV, you should consider this. My only two fill ups (in 3 months of driving) have shown 29 and 37 MPG, respectively. The more short trips you do, the better.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.
Good first attempt but held back from greatness

This review is for the non-M-package X5 40e. Good first attempt at a Hybrid SUV for BMW but needs refinement to reach greatness. If your commute is around 12 miles a trip with a charger at each stop you can theoretically never fill up with gas which is a fantastic proposition. I've managed 41mpg (870 miles with one tank), but I've also managed 26mpg when I had to mix in a lot of highway driving (I drive very conservatively). The 4-cylinder turbo is a far cry from anything VW group makes - a coarse almost dieselesque feeling unrefined 4-cylinder that could benefit from more horsepower and smoother operation for this 70k 5000lbs+ beast. Keep this thing charged to benefit from the additional punch from the electric motor to keep it moving at an acceptable pace. On the topic of charging, it definitely is on the slower end of the spectrum. The suspension needs to be honed in, the additional weight of this car due to the battery coupled with the soft suspension creates a tidal wave effect when going over uneven surfaces and the body roll in the twisties is more than BMW should have ever allowed. The seats are best suited for small trips, after an hour of driving they get uncomfortable and I find myself shifting around a lot to find comfort. Both exterior and especially interior are showing their age, although a very handsome exterior it's definitely time for the update that's around the corner. The i-drive system is the best it's ever been, unfortunately BMW's slightly convoluted HVAC system isn't the best one on the market, VW/Audi are the masters of cold and hot air on demand from my experience. The amount of noise in relation to the amount of cooling and heating you get in the X5 is off...by a lot. Rear seat room is great, cargo space is good, even though you give up some trunk volume due to the battery it hasn't affected me negatively one bit. The tailgate I absolutely love having, as a photographer it's been awesome to be able to work out of my trunk when needed. The car is a good lease option for anyone in the market that needs an X5 and wants to capitalize on the hybrid benefits. Here's hoping the next gen addresses the issues and I'm sure they'll have a winner on their hands.

Ive own an x5 since 2005, and finally bought a new one last month. We decided to buy the x5 Edrive, and have been very happy with the car. Ive been driving it for 4 weeks now.. You get about 18 miles on the charge, (city driving) and if you want sport mode, its been 14 mpg. This car is faster than my old x5 4.4 , and its shocking to see the gas tank not move for days ....if you drive in Max E mode. The size of the takes getting some use too, and the center counsel is not designed perfectly (it swallows up your key card-if not careful) On average driving 40 miles a day , you can get about 45 mpg with conservative driving. The car has the least interior noise I've ever not heard in a call... Its like being in a movie theater right before the movie starts...dead silence...really incredible. The biggest drawback is the battery drains fast, and it takes a good 6 hours to charge fully on a regular plug. Overall the car has exceeded our expectations E Lover!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. 40e doesn't cost that much more than the 6 cylinder and I am averaging 45mpg. Nice federal tax rebate and I get 800 miles on a tank of gas. Plus parking spots reserved for charging are generally primo and available. This car is the same 0-60 as the 6cyl, but smoother and quicker off the line. I just use a standard outlet in my garage, so a full charge takes 7 hours over night. Public charging spots are 3 times as fast. I take the car on road trips without charging and it operates like a normal X5. No downside to getting the hybrid that I can tell.

I commute through Boston round trip to New Hampshire and this car has helped keep me safe and comfortable with some of the most daredevil drivers on the road. The visibility is excellent and the emergency braking has saved me when abrupt lane changers dive in front of a line of cars going 70 in the tunnel. The car is fun, with a lot of gimmicks and convenience features. It takes a while to learn how to use all these, but that keeps things interesting. Local driving is cost-free with the E-drive too.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

This week I purchased my second BMW from Marlen at BMW of Tenafly (my 6th BMW). This purchase went as smoothly as my first purchase using Marlen some three years ago. We ordered a new 2018 X3 and the process was flawless. We literally pass by three other BMW dealers to work with BMW of Tenafly. When the lease on the old vehicle was coming due, we received an email from Marlen reminding us it was time to replace. I do most of my research on cars online, so I usually already know exactly what I want. Just as before, the negotiating process was smooth and pressure free. I said what vehicle I wanted, what options I wanted and I received a great price immediately without having to haggle--a good fair price that makes everyone happy. The entire process was completed in a few email transactions. When I went in to sign the papers to order the car, we only had to go over a few things such as what color to get and so forth. While going back and forth over colors, Marlen was great giving his opinions and I ended up with a color combination I love, but wouldn't have even thought of if not for his input. On delivery night, the process continued to be smooth and the entire interaction was laid back and not stressful. Without a doubt, I will use Marlen for my next BMW purchase (and the one after that). The paperwork was handled with Sean Mohammed. That process also went smoothly and as quickly as possible. Even though we didn't directly deal with him on this trip, I have to make mention of Service Advisor Bob Ryan. I have serviced 4 BMWs with him and he is always efficient, on top of things and goes the extra mile to make sure you get in and out quickly. Whenever I show up, I am always warmly welcomed. Your service advisor is who you have the closest relationship with at a car dealership and I don't know what I would do if Bob left.

I worked with Gene P in October of 2016 to purchase my new-to-me 2013 Audi Q7 TDI from out of state. He was upfront about everything. We were able to quickly work out a deal that was fair to both parties. I was not charged any unusual fees or anything which is also a positive. I took possession a few days later. I would recommend that you do all of your homework on your desired vehicle beforehand, work out any logistics and bring your own financing. It seemed, to me, to make things easier on everyone. Would I recommend Auto Holding to a friend or family member? Yes. The inventory, according to them, seems to be pretty fluid. So, I would also recommend that they be ready to buy if you see what you want in your price range. Their mission is to move cars, not play around with people. That’s not a slight against them, but advice to the potential consumer.
