Worst roadholding ever

My worst car choice in 30 years. Traction control is a joke. I kept my son's 2008 Trailblazer so I'd have something surefooted and quiet to drive in winter. No AM radio. Rear tailgate won't close from key fob. Skids all over when it snows. No remote start. Gas mileage is poor. Leaks onto my feet when it rains. BMW roadside assistance did NOT answer the phone when I needed help. A total disaster with nothing to recommend it. Huge waste of money.
This is the 6th car I have bought from this dealership I feel confident and trust the people I have dealt with, I consider Haig and JD friends of mine along with other team members as well Kevin in service has been awesome as well to my family. No pressure or stress just the way it should be.
BMW X5 - always improving toward perfection

I just purchased my 5th X5 since 2004, this, new and updated version of the BMW X5 is sleeker, faster, hugs the road and is wonderfully comfortable. Gas mileage has improved to 20mph - really a superb vehicle all around.
Went in today to test drive a 2013 Alpina B 7. I would have to say from the moment I walked in the door I was given the 5 star treatment. Didn't make a purchase yet, still weighing other options, but that isn't a reflection of the buying experience.
The dealership were professional in answering my 101 questions, and I never felt rushed or pressured, the perfect environment for car shopping in my opinion. When I asked if they would be ok with me taking it to an outside mechanic if I were to return to purchase, Mike the Sales Manager told me:
"Sure, that's ok with us. Matter of fact, why don't you just tell us which mechanic to take it to and save yourself the drive here?"
That right there blew me away. I have bought lots of cars before, and never has a dealership offered to do that before. Great customer service.

40e doesn't cost that much more than the 6 cylinder and I am averaging 45mpg. Nice federal tax rebate and I get 800 miles on a tank of gas. Plus parking spots reserved for charging are generally primo and available. This car is the same 0-60 as the 6cyl, but smoother and quicker off the line. I just use a standard outlet in my garage, so a full charge takes 7 hours over night. Public charging spots are 3 times as fast. I take the car on road trips without charging and it operates like a normal X5. No downside to getting the hybrid that I can tell.
We are 1st time buyers and this was a very pleasant experience at BMW of Shrewsbury. Ryan Marcello was extremely knowledgeable, very responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.
I'm looking forward to the next time.
Fun car to drive. Comfortable for long distances.

I commute through Boston round trip to New Hampshire and this car has helped keep me safe and comfortable with some of the most daredevil drivers on the road. The visibility is excellent and the emergency braking has saved me when abrupt lane changers dive in front of a line of cars going 70 in the tunnel. The car is fun, with a lot of gimmicks and convenience features. It takes a while to learn how to use all these, but that keeps things interesting. Local driving is cost-free with the E-drive too.
I purchased a used 2014 Audi Q5 Tdi for from David Josephson and Tarek at Gallery BMW back in August for my mother. She had a few issues with the car and I was beginning to think I'd bought a lemon. She lives in NH and David sent up a loaner car for her, took the Q5 back to his shop, ordered parts from Germany and fixed EVERYTHING! The car has been absolutely PERFECT since. David Josephson went above and beyond what I'd expect any used car dealer to do. He was friendly and was very professional. He made purchasing a car from out of state simple. I recomend David and the BMW gallery to anyone looking for an honest dealership. They stayed true to their word and went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!
Most stylish and exhilarating sport utility

This car serves all my wants and needs in an suv. Fun to drive, stylish, plenty of horsepower and great fuel economy. It's so light and responsive at the wheel. It handles like a sports car, but has the fuel efficiency of a Honda Civic. The electric battery comes in handy driving in town or stuck in bumper to bumper traffic. Very comfortable ride. My family love this car. I would recommend a test drive to really appreciate this car.
This is my 8th vehicle purchased at Tulley and they just keep raising the bar. Great staff.

BMW has simply not figured out the hybrid technology. I currently own 2 BMW’s and have owned 4 or 5 over the years and this is the only one I’ve ever had any trouble with. Over 8 months of ownership it was in the shop more than my garage. I literally put more miles on their loaner cars and rental cars than my own vehicle. Far too many issue to detail out here but be extremely cautious with any hybrid purchase.
We worked with Ben at The Auto Mall. Ben was knowledgeable but not pushy which I really appreciated. The finance guy was fast and super efficient. Bigger dealerships hold you hostage while they go back and forth with their sales manager, The Auto Mall doesn’t. That’s the #1 reason I’d recommend them. Plus, they have beautiful luxury cars.

The right size SUV for my growing family. Very comfortable especially for a long drive and lots of room front and back. Has twin turbo, equipped with navigation and backup camera all features my hubby loves. I am up higher compare to my 2016 RAV4 and feels really really comfortable.
We recently purchased a used non-BMW vehicle from the dealership. The price was very good. Our sales person was less than enthusiastic. I didn't expect him to know about all of the features and functions of a non-BMW vehicle, but I thought he might attempt find some of the answers.
Once we agreed on a price and trade. The purchase was going to be a cash transaction. We waited for almost forty minutes to see the business/finance person to complete the paperwork. Our sales person explained that the delay was due to computer problems. We arranged to pick up the vehicle three days later. We were told that the vehicle would be ready, we would be able to drop off our check and go.
We arrived to pick up our new vehicle at an agreed time. When we arrived our sales person went over the final numbers and put the license plates on the car. We then waited for another thirty minutes for the finance person.
The dealership was nice, the staff was friendly, we got a fair deal on a good car.
Excellent car. Smooth drive.

The BMW X5 (hybrid version) meets all needs of a luxury SUV. Smooth drive, technical features - makes it very safe, reliable and comfortable. Highly recommended.
If I could give Kenny from sales a 10* rating I would. He is so easy to talk to and so knowledgeable about BMW general. I went in for my genius meeting today and he was great. I wish everyone would ask for Kenny when looking for a BMW. He will not disappoint!

Terrific, efficient luxury SUV

Needed a larger car to accommodate my growing family. But also wanted something on the fuel-efficient side. There are very few plug in or fully electric SUVs (Mercedes, Volvo, Tesla, BMW). The X5 40e has been tremendous - it's plenty peppy, allows all electric driving around town (I'm getting 12-15 miles on the battery). For commutes under 40 miles, if you need an SUV, you should consider this. My only two fill ups (in 3 months of driving) have shown 29 and 37 MPG, respectively. The more short trips you do, the better.
These guys and gals love cars and love their jobs and it shows. Kenny, a client advisor was awesome--knew more about cars than anyone at any other dealership. Phil in finance was incredibly professional but also extremely friendly and gave great advice. Mark priced the car out perfectly and genuinely seemed happy for me, the buyer. Michael, the sales manager and Mike in sales are two guys I could hang out with. Great experience! Can't wait to buy an M4 here :-) M2 is by far the best vehicle I've driven.

The vehicle is stylish, comfortable, beautiful, functional and performs well. Dream car with luxurious detailing. Just what you would expect from a European car maker. This is my third X5. Each one has improved over the years and I love the new improvements, such as the touch screen features and so much more for 2018. Lots of safety features and improved navigation system. Heads up display and so much more.
This vehicle is sporty and fun. Just the vehicle for me!
I've had a BMW since early 2000 and I don't think I'll ever own any other brand.

We had a great experience at Tully GMC. Our Salesman Kelvin Rodriguez was very personable and as we told him, he was the only car salesperson from any dealership who actually knew the vehicle when we asked questions. He told us he had only been working at Tulley less than 2 months which impressed us with all the knowledge he had on the Acadia. He certainly is a salesperson who goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. Overall it was our 4th leasing experience but our lst with GMC and it was the easiest dealership by far to work with. We never waited very long any time whether it was with Kelvin or the Sales Manager Mark Pike and even the Business Manager Anthony Lake. This leasing experience the quickest and easiest we have ever had. We have recommended Tully Buick GMC to our friends and am sure they will also have a great experience with the professional staff.
