The new car had a small but unusual needed repair and Sarina took over calling in a technician to find the right solution. She was courteous and professional - friendly & attentive while assuring me that the problem would be fixed quickly and correctly. Sterling has an App to check the repair status, but Sarina also personally kept me updated and comfortable waiting for the car. A great staff providing exceptional service.

I had planned to wait for my car but 2 mechanics were on vacation so, I was sent home and picked up via Uber/Lyft That was a great alternative for me

Great service from Greg Jackson. Had my car serviced with state Inspection and since my car was still within warranty, only had to pay the state Inspection fee. Car was washed, too, and the gentleman who guided me into the garage was really kind and helpful. Thank you both!
