Dealership currently being renovated. Staff and service department is excellent. Would recommend this dealership for services. I did have to wait for parts that had to be ordered from Germany

The sales rep Lamar Johnson was outstanding. The service guy Chris was outstanding . Process was timely and efficient. When putting on my new license plates the service Chris gave me was excellent.

It was very good. I just came for an oil change, but received additional needed services. The waiting area is comfortable. Service manager was very courteous.

This was the fourth year of owning my BMW 330, and I haven't experienced any issues with the car. Scheduling service was simple, and they were ready for me at my appointment time. My service manager kept me informed and provided solid reasons for the recommended services that were outside of the warranty. They were able to straighten the rims, balance the tires, and align all four wheels before my scheduled pickup time. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I would like to leave a review on Samuel Hinton. I have been researching for a s-class Mercedes via Carmax ads for the last couple of weeks. I came a cross a trade-in. that had just been received days prior at Passport BMW in camp Springs / Waldorf Maryland. upon further inquiry, I was contacted by Sam, who assisted and guided my wife and I. from start to finish. I was reluctant to make a car purchase online. Especially a Mercedes purchase at a BMW dealership. I currently live 300 miles away from the dealership. Sam assured us that this was an amazing deal on a beautiful car that was in his location for 4 days. he suggested that we put a deposit down on the vehicle to hold it until we can drive to the area to test drive and view the vehicle. during this process. he made clear communication on the process, expectations. finances,vehicle inspections and warranty. I usually do not take the time out of my busy day to write reviews, but I feel we would be doing a disjustice by not making everyone aware of the outstanding services that he provided as a representative for Passport Bmw. Did I mentioned that he had all of the documentation prepared prior to our arrival, and followed up to see if we made it back home safely. I had planned to wait for my car but 2 mechanics were on vacation so, I was sent home and picked up via Uber/Lyft That was a great alternative for me

My first time getting serviced after purchasing my first BMW and upon checking in he explained all of the services in detail that my car will need and when to expect it and how CBS works. Told him i needed my car done by lunch time and it was done before then. He got me scheduled for recommended services for a later date with no pressure and no issue. Car was returned back to me in excellent condition.

Needed recall work. Finished earlier than expected. Staff kept me informed throughout the process. Facilities are clean and modern. Coffee was good. Good overall experience.

My Salesman Mr. Assad Khan and his assistant Sohrab Kumar were the Best in everything. They went out of their to accommodate us.Both Gentleman showed us everything about the car and have even arranged another day next week to go over the gadgets in the new car

BMW in Annapolis provides excellent service and you quick service. The facility is very clean. The personnel are very friendly and accommodating. They treat you in a friendly matter.
