Drove from Nashville for a better experience. Courteously greeted and made to feel valued. I had called about a car-it was ready and waiting. I was offered refreshments and an immediate test drive. Afterwards I was met and we talked about the car. I wanted to look at another and was given the keys for another test drive. I picked the vehicle-the negotiating was typical-but friendly, back and forth to "the decision makers?" We arrived at a price and that was that. I was going to arrange my own financing but Grayson BMW offered more competitive BMW financing rates. Done deal! I was going to pay a large downpayment-the finance manager suggested I could invest the downpayment amount (my own choice of options) and most likely earn more interest/return $ than I would save by paying down my low interest loan. Great suggestion. I'm glad I made the drive-then the Product Expert (BMW Genius) offered to go over the major features. He scheduled a follow-up a few weeks later to go over questions (second delivery.) Excellent service! Great buying experience.

Exceptional experience with a new car salesman!!!

It is not often that I'm moved to write an on-line review. I reserve those efforts for notably good and bad experiences. In this case, it's the former. I went to United BMW to test drive a 530i - one of four vehicles that I was considering. Knowing no better, I parked at the Pre-owned Car area of the dealership and had the great fortune of meeting Mr. Charles Reed. He asked me what I was looking for and indicated that we would have to travel to the newly-built New Car lot, about 1/2 mile up the road. Charles found a car that matched my stated requirements and off we went. His knowledge of the vehicle, his ability to compare and contrast it with the other vehicles that I was considering, and his general demeanor were exceptional. At no time that I feel that Charles was "selling me a car". In my opinion, he was simply ensuring that I had an excellent experience during my test drive. That type of customer service is note-worthy. I believe that he truly enjoyed telling me about this excellent vehicle as much as I enjoyed test driving it. The positive experience continued when I was introduced to Dimitri Gossieaux. Dimitri asked the right questions, understood my position, made no attempt at any type of pressure (e.g., "what can I do to put you in this car today?" type of crap), and politely, but enthusiastically, told me what steps I would need to take to move forward with a lease. For several good reasons, I leased the vehicle. Lastly, my travel schedule precluded me from picking up the car during normal business hours. I would have to wait two weeks. Charles volunteered to meet me on his own time on a Sunday evening, so that I could begin experiencing my new BMW - that is the definition of above and beyond. If you're in the market for a new (or used) BMW, find Charles and tell him that Steve sent you!

A+ car buying experience with Che Hall on our CPO 2015 BMW X5 35d M-Sport! Thank you for handling all of my questions and concerns over the phone with understanding and expediency. I liked the way that Che communicated regularly and used video of the vehicle in addition to photoenabling me to really get the information that I wanted. When it came time to take delivery of the X5, I was impressed with the quality, cleanliness and certification of the car -- along with the fulfillment of special request to install a different set of wheels and tires. Special shout out to "BMW Genius" Carllton for picking me up at MARTA after my flight and going through the test drive and delivery experience. There is so much more tech in the car then I even have in my 2007 550is, so that's a really critical part of the process in my opinion! Excellent work United BMW!

This was my second time around purchasing a car with Mr. Yarbough and I will love to state that he did a phenomenal job once again. I was in a very tight spot and needed a car right away( but not just any car), I had a car event approaching in 4 days and needed to get myself back into another Ultimate Driving Machine for the show. I was panicking to the point I had second thoughts about postponing the event due to not having a car, I informed Mr. Yarbough of the short time and he took action RIGHT AWAY... 1 day went by and Mr. Yarbough was able to place me in my brand new 2018 430i GC for my event appearance. Nalley BMW has great service advisors. They are knowledable, courteous, friendly, professional, and never try to sale your services you don’t need. The work environment is comforting and pleasant; I always wait for my vehicle to be service to enjoy the free perks, even though they offer shuttle service and rental service. I purchased a Mercedes Benz 350E yesterday, Saturday evening from Jason Tsanakas at Jumbo Luxury cars. The experience was excellent! We showed up about 20 minutes before closing to just look at a car we saw online. Jason showed us the car, but due to the large selection of high end quality cars I saw on the lot, I wanted to compare that Mercedes to other options I saw. He patiently showed us each car, explaining all the options each car came with, even though it was now after closing hours. We saw a car on the lot that was perfect for us. Jason again spent the extra time to sell us the car right then rather than just taking a deposit and having us wait until Monday to take the car home. The buying process took less than 45 minutes. This was the best experience I have every had buying a car. I will definitely recommend this dealer and salesman to all my friends. The cars are top notch, the selection is amazing and the customer service was excellent!
