Great experience. Friendly and well versed on the electrical i5 that I purchased. The car sold me after 2 test drives . Smooth as silk and full of power to spare. It's a must to drive . Doug ,RODRiGO and Jarmel were great. Very patient with my wife and i. I installed a 50amp with a dedicated 250 line. Best part no more gas stations for us. I gave it a full charge and was ready to go 316 miles . Cost to full charge was 8 dollars compared to a 80 dollar gas bill . Love the car , loved the people at open road.

Despite being in St. Louis, MO and Daniel being in NJ, he made me feel comfortable enough to buy the vehicle without seeing it first. He also went above and beyond to have some minor scratches treated so the car arrived looking practically brand new despite being 3 years old with 17k miles. Really appreciated the process with Brad. Emailed back and forth about the final price of the car and just had to go in and do paperwork and pick it up. Highly recommend working with him - ask for Brad if you're going with this dealership. The only issue we had was with Heather, the Finance Delivery Specialist. We hadn't gone over the registration with anyone and when we told her that we had our own plates, she got very flustered and quite annoyed at us. She told us in a huff that she had to do the paperwork all over again. We then just asked about the financing term length and she snapped at us saying "I can't change that. That's set." Not only could she have been nicer, I'm pretty sure if we said we want a shorter financing length, we can do it. She just made it feel like we were wasting her time. Would not recommend working with her at all. Overall, really liked how thorough and great this dealership was. They made sure we understood all the aspects of the car and Brad was helpful and patient with the process.

I absolutely love my x6! I bought her 3 years used, and still drives like new years later. I enjoy the heated seats but mostly sport mode- she growls! Amazing. The x6 has less sway than it’s “brother” the x5 due to the coupe shape, with a lower center of gravity. Haven’t had to take her in for anything but annual maintenance. Dream suv

I moved from an X5 to an X6 in 2017. I just loved my diesel X5 and wish the gas X5 or X6 performed as well. The car is definitely comfortable and well built. I thought I would go back to an X5, but then test drove the Genesis GV80. After decades as a BMW owner, I have switched and am very happy I did.
