Getting Help in a Pinch!
December 3, 2018
I live in Washington DC & spend time with my family on Long Island. I own a 2009 BMWX 3 with almost 100,000 miles which been serviced by Oyster Bay BMW several times in the last few years .
My car began to ride rough late yesterday afternoon & when I called Jonathan Munoz at BMW , he said, “come over now, my mechanics don’t leave for another hour”. I drove my car , which was barely moving & had a warning ¿¿ light on over to Oyster Bay BMW. John made room
For me immediately & a great mechanic checked out the car & advised me to “wait and watch “ as the problem might have been caused by a bad fuel mixture & the “fault”
only showed up once . They washed my car & told me to return if the warning light appeared again. They didn’t even charge me for a diagnostic fee which I had expected to pay. In the meantime , I chatted with an advisor in sales who was terrific &if my car is at the end of its lifespan, I will look to Oyster Bay BMW for my next BEEMER.
I was so appreciative of John Munoz’s kindness & sense of customer service because it was worrisome to think of being stranded. I enthusiastically endorse and recommend Oyster Bay BMW. They treat customers like human beings & I find this refreshing .
