What do you get when you mix hundreds of cool cars with a kind, cool and hip sales staff in a gargantuan airplane- like hanger that shines with cleanliness, purity and most of all - the enthusiasm to buy a car. Not just any car, but your dream car!! It???s all there and more. My salesman Larry LaCoste is a former 1960???s Chicago rock n??? roll legend (and still looks it) and there???s nothing better than shopping for a cool car and talking rock n??? roll. That was Larry, but I also got to meet the rest of the staff and every one of them looks to have their own interesting spin to keep the cool car buying experience energized and interesting. Today I walked out of Ultimo a cool car buyer being extremely satisified with Larry???s friendliness, knowledge and most importantly, price! I???m happy Ultimo opened in Northbrook near my home. Now I have a place to go to when I want to feel cool. Thanks for the happy buying experience. You certainly deserve this good review.

Creme de la creme of Sales! My BMW sales person, Alex Tanjga is the best on the planet! His customer service skills are amazing. His communication is clear and concise, devoid of double speak! His moral compass is totally ALIGNED- not a sleeze ball sales person. Hid dedication to the customer is unmatched and refreshing. He is very receptive to "the customer's" wants, needs and goes above and beyond! My interaction with Mr. Tanjga was a pleasant surprise and I highly recommend him.

This was my second time around purchasing a car with Mr. Yarbough and I will love to state that he did a phenomenal job once again. I was in a very tight spot and needed a car right away( but not just any car), I had a car event approaching in 4 days and needed to get myself back into another Ultimate Driving Machine for the show. I was panicking to the point I had second thoughts about postponing the event due to not having a car, I informed Mr. Yarbough of the short time and he took action RIGHT AWAY... 1 day went by and Mr. Yarbough was able to place me in my brand new 2018 430i GC for my event appearance. This was by far the most amazing car buying experience. BMW of Gwinnett had a great selection of vehicles to choose from. The sales advisor, David, was very professional and friendly. I purchased a BMW X1. I was initially was seeking to purchase a certified used one, but they didn’t have the color I wanted. So David worked a deal for me, and I was able to purchase a brand new X1 for the same price as a the certified used I was originally shopping for. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
Our sales associate, Danny Orbe, was patient, thorough, and listened carefully, to what we were looking for. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge of the GMC.

We bought a pre-owned Mercedes E350 4Matic from Manheim Imports. Salesman Greg was helpful and professional. The car still needs few things (extra key, floor mat, and some fixing) that they agreed to complete. We are very satisfied so far. We recommend this dealership highly.

The staff was courteous, friendly, thoroughly explained all the details of my lease and went over all of the bells and whistles of my new vehicle. I bought a 2014 Hyundai Sonata from Sam Hackett at Off Lease Only back in 2015 and have always told people what a great experience it was. No pressure and the process was fast and easy. This time, we found ourselves needing to replace my wife's old 2005 PT Cruiser. We found a great deal on a 2017 Nissan Rogue that we really liked on the Off Lease Only web site, so we printed out the details and headed down to take a look. We walked into the dealership and spotted Sam behind the counter. I called him over, reintroduced myself and gave Sam the details of the vehicle that we were interested in. Sam told us to wait for a moment and he went and got the car for us to test drive. We walked the vehicle to see if we could see any problems and Sam even gave me some pointers on how to spot any areas where repairs could have taken place. Once I was satisfied, we took the car for a test drive and decided to buy it. Everyone from Sam to the Sales Manager, Perry Guerard, and the Finance Manager Monte Asti, was fantastic to work with. Monte made the finance part of the deal clear and easy. He showed us all of our options in a clear and concise manner so we could make the best choice for our situation. I cannot recommend Sam, his team and Off Lease Only enough. We will definitely be back to do business with them again when the need for a new vehicle arises.

Everyone @ BMW Bridgeport showed patience, knowledge and expertise. Having owned BMW's for over 15 years I will always by the brand only at BMW of Bridgeport. Vinny not only listened to my needs/wants, delivered exactly what I expected without pressuring me for more upgrades and did not hassle me to make a decision. He went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable with the purchase. When I picked up the vehicle someone (I'm embarassed to have forgotten his name) spent close to an hour reviewing the enhancements to the 2018 3 series. Ensuring I felt confident driving the vehicle home, taking time to to hooking up my blue tooth and loading my radio stations. There were quite a few differences between my current 3 Series and new one. He was very patient with my technical limitations and made all the changes seamless. Victoria from the Business Office was personable and made the transaction easy; ensuring that all the Financials were easily understood. My decision to start the sales process with BMW of Bridgeport came through my 10 year always positive relationship with my Service Specialist Bernard. I have been able to trust in his knowledge and judgements about the service of my previous vehicle for 10 years and I know nothing about cars or technology. Basically buying a vehicle at BMW of Bridgeport is seeing a "family" @ work. The process involved a lot of different people,they all showed trust in each others strengths to give me the "ultimate BMW experience". Thank you all!

This was the best experience buying a car that I have ever had. Ramon was our sales person / he was SO professional, knowledgeable, patient and fast. He really listened to me and didn???t try to sell me anything except what I was came in to see. He made me feel so comfortable, also made us laugh which was fun, and was so thorough - AND gave me an amazing deal. I had been an Audi owner for years and years and even had a dedicated sales person at the local Audi dealership but I wanted to just ???see??? the new X5 before I decided on an Audi. Needless to say, Ramon won my business and is definitely our new ???guy??? and this is our new go-to dealership - HANDS DOWN! 10,000,000 stars for Ramon, the General Sales Manager and everyone else at Brideport BMW.
I am a college student here in the area. My parents came from Ohio to help me buy my first car, and after our experience at Woburn Toyota, my family is going to be making the trip from Ohio to purchase all of our future cars! Our sales representative, Ernest Memminger, was patient and friendly, and he worked with us throughout the whole process. He was knowledgable and helped us find the right fit. I chose a 2017 Toyota Corolla SE, and I am very confident in my purchase. The service at Woburn Toyota was great throughout all stages of the buying process. Any dealership that can secure long-term customers from 600+ miles away must be doing something right!
