My sales representative, Noah, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind throughout the entire process. His thoughtful approach made buying a car a truly enjoyable experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Additionally, I had the pleasure of working with David, the BMW Genius, who came out to provide detailed insights about my new car. His expertise and kindness were remarkable, and he took the time to ensure I understood all the features of my BMW. I am grateful for his assistance and would highly recommend his services to everyone. Overall, I would give a five-star review to both Noah and David. Thank you for making my car-buying experience outstanding! Sorry, Nick in Finance, I’m giving you a one star. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.
