Julie the service representative is always excellent. But now I have a vibration in the front of the car after getting to 50 miles an hour. Not sure why but if I bring the car in it is going to cost my another 3k every time I bring the car in it cost me 3k or more.

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.

I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

We drove down from NJ to pickup our gorgeous 2023 Range Rover Velar. Have a great 7 year warranty for it and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Best SUV I have leased so far. Drives like a car, seats are awesome. I have the M Sport options. Didint feel like waiting for the M60. Everything this SUV offers is top of the line and feels like it. The two bad things though, is the climate control system is part of the infotainment system. Very annoying to operate. You have to control everyting from the touch screen. The other bad thing is BMW's need to electrify the folding and moving of the 2nd and 3rd row. If its raining, youre pretty much standing in the rain for 30 seconds as the seats move around to let you in the third row. I have 22"'s and it rides pretty smooth, was expecting a harder ride.

I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.

I purchased this car for my wife a few months ago now, and it has been a joy to own thus far. The car is very spacious (even for myself at 6'7" and 285 pounds) and carries our two children in the back without any distress due to the power function in the second row, something that doesn't always occur when I'm in the driver's seat of almost any other car. The seats are extremely comfortable, and it's both quiet in comfort mode and performs better than many would expect in sport mode, even as a 40i model with the 6-cylinder. While I prefer the pre-facelift X7 we owned before this one in terms of the front end, the rest of the car is an improvement without question.

The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

Interior styling and comfort are second to none. Quality of fit and finish is what you would expect from a German luxury vehicle. New screen and apps are all very intuitive and responsive. Voice activated assistant understands common commands and responds appropriately. Mild hybrid supports outstanding fuel mileage and range. Twin turbo is powerful and quick with no lag. This is the finest vehicle I have ever owned.

I would give Coleman Infiniti high marks in every category but two stand out particularly: first the personal service I received from Enrique was very welcoming and informative. And second, I was in the market for running boards for my QX60 and he was quick to find and order just the right ones for my car and have them installed in less than a week. I also like that he remembers me and uses my name when welcoming me.

It also includes seemingly futuristic features such as a hologram that only the driver can see showing the speed you are driving, speed limit, maps, etc. While the car excels in countless categories it has its flaws. Most notably with the highly engineered features and the extreme luxury comes the steep price that is above the average SUV. Another flaw that I see is the minimal trunk space. The vehicle prioritizes the first two rows leaving already less room in the back but with the addition of a third row it leaves minimal trunk space. Trunk space can be a necessity for many families who travel often but the X7 is only long enough to fit only one large suitcase. My personal experience with the vehicle has certainly had its ups and downs. My driving experience has been nothing short of amazing and surreal as it is the first time I’ve driven a car of this level and power. But my experience as a passenger has not been as joyous. With being the youngest in my family I automatically get banished to the 3rd row while my brothers take the middle two seats and my parents the two front. This proves to be an issue when factoring in that I am also the tallest member of my family and can barely fit in the 3rd row.

I did some research before going to UAC and everyone lived up to the reviews that I read. It was great family atmosphere and I felt like I knew them for ages. When I walk in the door with no appointment I was greeted by Baker who was very professional and polite. I informed him about the car that I was interested in and he gave all the details, Carfax information and explained all components from the beginning until I left. Finance went extremely smooth I was in and out. It’s no words that I can explain about Jessica like I said early I felt like I known her for years. She treated me more like friend/family not just like a customer. Jessica was extremely accurate with numbers and we discussed the payment and interest rate that will suit me. This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

I was not looking for the X7 when I purchased this vehicle. In all honesty, I was looking for the new Life-Cycle changes on the X5 and had every intention of purchasing the X5. At the time I was driving a 2021 BMW X5 with the M Trim Package and loved it. But I wanted the latest and greatest BMW had to offer in the X5. As I contemplated a deposit for the X5, I saw the 2020 X7 M50i (Fully Loaded) sitting in the shadows. I decided to take a look and realized it basically had every feature I desired on the 2023/2024 X5. I generally travel alone and considered the X7 a bit of overkill for one person...However, after driving it...I fell in love with it! I opted for the 2020 BMW X7 M50i, saved over $30K off the price of a new X5, and Got a good deal on my 2021 X5 as well. I could not be happier!
