We have been purchasing vehicles from the Thompson Organization since the mid 80's owning various Toyota, Lexus, and BMW products. Not only are the products top-notch but the sales and service departments are exceptional and are 100% customer oriented. Just purchased a new BMW X5 this week. The sales person, Dave Fagan, was very knowledgeable and courteous and spend a lot of time with us prior to and after the sale. A very pleasant experience overall. Planning to purchase a Toyota 4Runner next week. Trade-in values offered are also very fair.

Only been one day but enjoying the experience. Having owned a few Z3 and Z4 in the far past I’m expecting nothing but a perfect relationship with the new redesigned Z4.
My Names Robert Ferrell I leased my 2nd BMW from Pacific BMW my experience with this dealership was amazing , I found the dealership on TruCar from the onset of researching the best car for Pacific was the only dealership that truly worked the deal with me best price and best service , I picked the 550i which is a dream car , the numbers were right and I got everything I wanted from a new build from being shipped overseas to getting to me in LA the whole process was seamless ,Steve Saroyan is a wizard , an amazing person it was like buying from a friend , a good friend he answered from what I estimated I sent 120 emails of every nervous question I had ,when I thought I was annoying,Steve assured me I was , he is the Man !!!!! On August 19th I picked up the 550i ,I swear they made me feel so important at every step , his manager Armando Leyva was attentive and the best at making the lease easy to do Armando is amazing with Steve they were the best dream scenario you could ever have on getting a car deal done , thank you Steve & Armando , I took my time to write this because y'all made me feel like a Rock Start .... My son found a car for me on the Rockville BMW website. I called and talked to Kevin who was very helpful, fair and knowledable. My son and I drove from Richmond VA to test drive the car. I ended up buying it and Kevin worked with me to allow an independent mechanic to inspect the car before purchase. I was able to drive it home that day! James was also fantastic and made the process very easy. Kevin followed up that evening to make sure we got home okay. I LOVE my new car!! (Any chance I can get a BMW t-shirt size large for my son for helping me find the car and driving 4hrs RT?? And for filling out this survey a second time since the first one didn't go through? 😊)
I would like to let everyone know about Service Advisor Tony Di Salvo at Chapman BMW. This guy is the most responsive guy I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with where my 2011 335i is concerned. I'll give you just one of many examples of Tony's excellent work ethic. My wife and I were in Chandler AZ and had just seen a movie. When we came out to the car it was about 110 degrees and my car had been baking in the sun for three hours (btw, my car is jet black). I activated the "summer convenience" feature of the key fob that opens all the windows and sunroof to let the heat out. Everything worked perfectly until I closed the windows. The right rear window made a sound like breaking glass with a loud snap and would not close. I immediately called Tony at Chapman BMW and left a message and noticed it was 3:47PM. After completing my call I headed straight for the dealership. About 12 minutes later my phone rang and it was Tony telling me to bring the car in...at this point, I was a mere 5 minutes away. The really cool part was that I was there five minutes later and when I pulled into the garage area my name was already on the marquis above the driveway, and my loaner car was already there running. Tony took my wife and I into his office...his very air-conditioned 72 degree office...and had me sign a work order and then we got into the 430i he loaned us, and we were home ten minutes later. Around 2pm the next day my car was done and waiting in the driveway all washed and waxed...they even used tire shine. It was awesome. Anytime I have had a problem with my car, Tony has diagnosed it correctly and fixed it correctly and been very straightforward about the costs. I have NEVER had to take it back to have a repair repeated. Thanks Tony!!
I purchased a 2015 Porsche 911 Turbo from Certified Benz and Beemer several months back???there were some chips along the front fender when the car was delivered, and I protested to the dealership to no avail. I was dissatisfied, and made a harsh assessment during my review. I am thrilled BEYOND to rescind those remarks after speaking with the owner late last week. (I was on vacation at the time and we have traded phone calls over the last few weeks) There was no quibbling, no excuses....simply he said they didn???t handle it correctly and he wanted to know what he could do (anything) to make it right! Talk about a breath of fresh air....he took the time to go back (on a sale already closed) and try and remedy a situation. He had already spoken with/to his employees and then reached out to me to see what he could do. He then told me if I was ever in the market for another car to please reach out to him personally. Jack is a stand-up guy and his humility and integrity are no doubt why his dealership is so successful. You simply do NOT see this level of customer service and commitment (anywhere) any more....least of all in the car business. He has re-earned my business! The car is magnificent and I didn???t ???want anything??? in return???I had the minor repairs made, and Jack even offered to pay for those. I am happy to report a great ending to my car buying experience!
Although I was still very happy with my 2012 BMW X3 28i, I had started researching the new 2018 BMW X3 30i upgrades and safety features. Towards the end of the model year (late MAY), I contacted Brian Kimmerle via email to see if he could meet my build price and it was agreed upon. We met to finalize the build and paperwork, Brian explained the process, and the countdown began. Although there were some hiccups on the part of BMW, of which Brian kept me informed, I met my new X3 on 25 AUG. I also worked with Daniel Barreto for financing and service/warranty items, as well as those who determine trade-in offer. From start to finish, I had a great buying experience and would highly recommend BMW of Salem.
Nice dealership, professional staff. My representative kept me informed through out repair process. I would recommend them for repairs in the future and if I need a new vehicle .

I.G. Burton is an awesome dealership. We live in Delaware and have a host of car dealers in Maryland, Virginia, New Jersey, and D.C.... in which to shop and price compare. However, we look no further than our hometown, because the "best is already in our backyard". Our parents always bought our family cars from Burton's and we have dealt with all facets (sales - service) of this company. Over the years we have purchased Tahoe's, Blazers, Silverado Pick-ups, Jeeps, and BMW's from IG Burton and we keep coming back due to the exceptional deals and stellar customer service that is provided. This time we were looking for a BMW for our college bound daughter. Bob Gallagher, Jay Fausnaught, Kim Hastings (finance)....and the rest of the BMW sales team helped us find the perfect 328i for her! In the course of this car purchase Mr. Gallagher found a deal on a X5 BMW SUV... that we could not pass up. So we purchased not one car, but two on the same day! Everyone was extremely professional, possessed a sound knowledge of the "BMW product", was very savvy regarding the features in each of the vehicles we test drove, and was "en pointe" in the arena of "service excellence". Everyone in BMW / Mercedes division of IG Burton deserves a "ten star" rating in each of the review categories!!! We have never been disappointed with any of the service provided by this company. The driver's door would not close last Saturday, April 28, 2018. I called BMW and spoke with Antywon. He was able to give great directions to get door to close. We also made an appointment to have door checked on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Car was dropped off at 7:00 am. Jeremy was there with the courtesy SUV. The Lady sharing the SUV needed to be at work at 7:30 am. Jeremy asked if he could drop her off first so she could be on time. She was gracious for this service and adjustment with order of delivery to our jobs. I left my lunch in the car. I called Antywon! He stated car would be ready in 15 minutes. He would call Jeremy and get him to pick me up on his way back to the BMW Service Department. Jeremy picked me up! I got my car and lunch! It is a great feeling to experience hospitality, professional relationship with the people in the service department. I checked with Jack about his son. We talked about graduation and state soccer meet coming up for his son! They take an interest in my job and I look forward to sharing stories from the elementary school!
My experience at Capital Cadillac with salesman Kevin Jones was pleasant and full of information. When I'm ready to make my purchase, Kevin and Capital will be first on the list!
Yassar Abdul (BMW Genius) our sales man at BMW of Macon was great to work with. I didn???t think I would be able to purchase a certified used 2018 BMW b/c of the negative equity in my vehicle but Yassar made it happen. Jason in the midst of signing all of the paperwork noticed I could get a much lower interest rate. Thank you Jason. The staff there were very professional, knowledable and the dealership has a very relaxed vibe. I would highly recommend BMW of Macon to friends and family...and did I mention I love my 2018 BMW X5?
Christine's superb customer and instinctive skills helped my family manage a very difficult situation after our bimmer needed emergency repairs. We are grateful to her and her manager for extending all possible courtesies.

Great customer service. I needed an oil change urgently and they accommodated me on that same day. Breakfast was available while I was waiting. Mr. Latham was very friendly and helpful. They serviced my car with oil change, vacuumed and washed. I was very happy with the professional conduct.
My service rep, David Sousa, is excellent! He was out sick, though when I first called to set up the appt. and it took me 24 hours to make the appt. and then get confirmation on the price. That is why I gave 4/5 on customer service.
Everything else was fine; car was done on time, all service and diagnostics clearly explained.
Apparently, contingency plans need to be reviewed for procedure when a rep is out of the office.
I am use to more efficient service at any BMW.
Just purchased from Vista BMW Coconut Creek and working with Richard one of the salesmen made everything a breeze. He's top notch, made purchasing so easy, got me a very good purchase price and was so helpful and knowledgeable in all areas. Highly recommend this dealership for purchasing!
I am so happy to have finally joined the BMW family with my new 2018 X3 M40! I finally know whats its like to drive the "ultimate driving machine" thanks to everyone at BMW of Towson. We scheduled an appointment just to look at BMW`s, but our client adviser, David Hess, immediately welcomed us to the BMW family. He was very knowledgeable about the product and we fell in love with the car after our test drive. I highly recommend BMW of Towson and "The ultimate driving machine"!

In the last 20 years ,we have owned 7 BMW's and are experienced with 10 different dealerships across 7 states for service. Autohaus BMW of ST Louis has clearly been the best and the most customer focused dealership we have experienced and not because of over the top customer waiting areas. There's are nice:) We moved to STL 18 months ago and our 2011 and 2013 X's were purchased elsewhere but you wouldn't know it. I am always offered a loaner as a starting point, not just a ride. The dealer in MN where I purchased the vehicle didn't offer that always and even when it was a warranty repair. Secondly, Dan, Mike, and Victor in the service department are professionals who know their vehicles and always direct me to coupons or advertised service savings when I forget to look. They are honest in their service appraisals of my vehicles and willing to say when something isn't necessary. I never feel oversold on service or scared sold into additional services. What has really given me enthusiasm for this dealership once again was their willingness to advocate on my behalf for a pricey Diesel Exhaust Fluid tank sensor repair ($2300) at just 80k miles and not quite 5 years of ownership. They persuaded BMWUSA to give me more than fair compensation on the repair. Reminder, I didn't buy any of my previous BMW's from Autohaus. They are good honest people and I will shop for my next BMW from them for certain. When I told the cashier how pleased I was with their organization and how they treat their customers, she replied: "they treat the employees the same way. This is my 3rd dealership and they are the best to work for by far." Well-treated employees translates into well-treated customers in my opinion. Seems to be a good culture.
