I live in California and made my BMW M3 purchase from the Enthusiast Auto Group over the Internet. As you can imagine, buying a vehicle online can be a daunting experience, however Evan, of EGA, assisted me through the entire process. The purchase went very smooth and I am expecting delivery here shortly.
I would HIGHLY recommend EAG for your next BMW purchase – they know what they are talking about, are willing to go the extra mile to help, and I feel they will be a partner for life, even after I have already owned my vehicle and should I have any questions/concerns in the future.
I would give them a higher rating that 5-stars, if I could!

Once in the seats they are more comfortable than my Lexus and the handling is superb. I love the design and the way the rear crouches when accelerating. The power top is great on a nice day.
From the moment I walked in the door Everyone was concerned that I was received all the assistance I needed. My salesman (John Krug) has excellent know of all the vehicles including pricing, deals, and financing. I arrived expecting to get an idea of what I might want to purchase and return another day to deal. To my own surprise I not only made a choice on a vehicle (2017 Mazda CX -5 Grand Touring) but chose to lease instead of buy. I also was very pleased with the assistance I received from Taylor in filling out all the forms and understanding my options. I am extremely pleased not only with my choice of vehicle and financing but also in choosing to shop at Holiday Automotive. Thanks everyone at Holiday Mazda for a great auto shopping experience. The Izzo family run a terrific dealership, from the sales staff, and then to Andre the financial wizard, every step of the way Rick and Andre detailed everything. Thank you guys so much ,and I will tell family and friends.

Respectful of it's name

Totally living up to it's name, if you are a M enthusiast the ///M Coupe does not disappoint. The performance is naturally there as it is the M version of the Z4 coupe which is already well designed vehicle in itself. Under the shell is the S54 motor which is tried tested and true by this point, pushing over 300 HP to the rear stock. Want to really feel the performance? Hit the Sport button on your center console and feel the dynamics of the aggressively tuned fuel injection and performance tuning hit you right back as you accelerate.
The comfort of the cabin is much of what you expect if you have been in any BMW since the early 2000s. Electronic adjustable M leather seats and a dash setup similar to the flagship 3 series. The coupe seems to complete the look of the Z4 in my opinion making it a much more attractive car to look at versus the convertible. Also, the stability of the coupe is rock solid. I have owned a 2008 for over a year now and haven't had any problems with it at all.
Bottom line: I have owned several M models and this one is totally worth the money. At a fair price for an authentic sports car, the only thing I can think to say is go test drive one. The rest is up to you!
My family has bought at least 5 vehicles from this place over the past 10 years and they've always done good for us. Marcos (the guy we always seem to end up buying a car from), has always been honest and upfront about things regarding the cars, the dearlership policies, and the special offers. He's also very friendly, talking to you like a person and not just a potential sale. The cars we get have always been reliable. Never bought a 'lemon' car from here. The longest lasting was a Seabring that we had for over 10 years, and it would have lasted much longer if it weren't for being in an accident. The shortest lasting one was a '99 Pontiac Grand Am that I had for only two years, but that's because I traded it in for a real nice 08 Taurus which I got from the same place for a great price.

BMW Z4 M Couoe, Amazing.

I am second owner and have had rmrhe car for 9 years. I am only putting it for sale because too many people mention it's time to move on to something else.
This is absolutely the best and most satisfying car I have owned and driven. It has been reliable with only failures or repairs being due to normal wear and tear. (Brakes, rotors, battery, alternator, spark Plugs. Etc.
The car is an absolute rocket, especially when the "Sport" button is pressed. I have not yet met up with any one able to take me on those red light street meets, and handelling is amazing giving you too much confidence in any manoeuvre. Great car and still good for many more years.
I really cannot express enough how much I appreciate the experience of buying a car from Motorcars Washington. Jarrod is a car guy's guy, and his showroom is a museum to the cool and the fast. He made buying my new (to me) M3 the best possible experience.
For whatever reason, M3 sedans are harder to find than the coupes and convertibles. I had been looking on and off for nearly a year to find a good late model example, so when this beautiful white 2011 competition package showed up on Car Guru I decided to take a look.
I had never heard of Motorcars Washington, but I will say that it was a bit of a shock to walk into their showroom. It really is a museum of amazing vehicles. The only difference is that all of these cars are for sale.
Jarrod was very low key, not hustling for a sale at all, and really knew his cars. Most of the cars in the showroom were exotics, but he treated the sale of a BMW the same as he would a Ferrari. We made a verbal agreement for me to buy the car, and I went home to sort out my financing. No money had changed hands yet, but when I searched his website to show my brother pictures of the car later that evening, I found that the listing had already changed to sold. A small detail, sure, but it really shows the level of honesty Jarrod brings to each transaction.
Despite the best preparations, there are occasional problems that can happen to any car (especially BMWs). My car had a few issues right out of the gate, but Jarrod went way out of his way to correct them. Small, but incredibly inconvenient to fix transmission leak, no problem. Rear brakes? Already have the parts in stock. He even found a nail in the tire and replaced it before delivery. Wow! Even after the sale, when the car went into limp mode, Jarrod took care of it. I really can't say enough about the level of service at Motorcars Washington.
When things go smoothly it's easy for a business to look good, but it's the way a business handles the inevitable problems that crop up which really shows you their true character.
Jarrod and crew are absolutely the real deal. Simply the best. I would send my mom to buy a car from them!

Bought a Roadster used with relatively high mileage, been using it as my daily driver for 2 years now. What an awesome experience! I'm 6'5", 230lbs and I've never felt claustrophobic. It's nimble like a Miata, but with actual horsepower and torque! S54 inline 6 engine won International Engine of the Year from 2001-06. What else is there? Corvette? Too big, cheap interior, very common around town. Boxter/Cayman? Excellent chassis/suspension, but very underpowered and very overpriced. Audi TT? Nice-looking car body on a horribly nose-heavy Golf/Jetta front-wheel-drive-based platform. For what the Z4 M is (small, nimble, powerful, reliable, usable trunk), I haven't found anything like it. Wish BMW still made something like it.
Worked with Zee. He had a basic approach..."Let the car sell itself". He allowed my 18 year old son, and myself, fiddle around, purposely stall the car to check the clutch, and test drive without being anywhere around. "Just come for me when you're finished". The car was in great shape and cleaned up both inside and out; including the engine compartment. Great experience. Only comment would be ....... provided only one key/FOB. Turns out additional $230 to get a second Key from Mazda. Would be nice if TradeMark would take care of this courtesy prior to the sale.

Most Bang For the Buck

A man I know once looked at it, turned to me and said, " you cannot buy a more beautiful automobile than this for less than a 100.000.00 dollars," and he was right. While there is much controversy around the design, the truth is this car turns heads. It looks like it's going fast even when its sitting still. This is despite being ten years old and ostensibly an old design. And, when it is going fast, Wow! The power is effortless and comes on quickly, but with the sport suspension and the rack and pinion steering, you feel confident and in control. You have to remember though, this is a sports car that requires the driver to pay attention. There are cup holders, but you need both hands to handle this beast; I suggest waiting until a pit stop to sip on that soda. And why not? have your drink and burger in the family sedan; the pleasure derived from this car has nothing to do with the flavor of food. Its the flavor of life. The seats are firm, but they hold you securely in place when you are taking that curve at speed, and if you just have to have some luxury, they are heated. The S54 engine is the last naturally aspirated BMW power plant, makes 330 hp, and is darn near bullet proof. M cars do benefit from a little more maintenance , but the overall reliability is so good that it need not be deal killer. It is recommended that the valves be adjusted every 30,000 miles, but other than that, monitor the Vanos system, keep the oil changed, and regularly inspect the usual things like brake pads, filters, and coolant. Also check to see that the drain holes for the convertible top are clean and clear. This keeps the motor that raises and lowers it from burning out.
Comfort for large individuals can be an issue, but for the average sized among us, there is plenty of room. The convertible goes up and down in about 7 seconds, and the wipers, defroster/heater, and air conditioning rivals that of American cars. Another potential issue is a lack of trunk space. There isn't much in a regular Z4, but due to design considerations, the M cuts even more room because the battery is located there as well. Finally, remember, these cars do not have spare tires, and unlike the regular Z's they do not have run flat tires. There are currently no run flat tires that can handle the performance of the M, so sitting on top of the battery is what BMW calls a "mobility kit." Essentially, it is a portable air compressor and a can of fix a flat. I know from experience that the compressor will inflate the tire quickly, but try not to use the fix a flat unless it is absolutely essential. Tire stores hate the stuff. The bottom line for these cars is that they love to be driven, and if you are looking for non-turbo charged performance with a touch of the elegance of old style British roadsters, this is the car for you.
This review is a bit late but I figure better late than never. I came in to purchase a 2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid that was right at my budget price. I came in with a pre approved loan from an outside source in order to get the cash price on the car. When I arrived we found out that the pre-approved loan wasn't going to work out. I hadn't brought any of my financial documents with me in order to qualify for a loan through auto trademark and I was feeling hopeless about getting my dream car. I'd driven 4 1/2 hours from a different state to buy this car. My sales rep, Farhan Nawaz, decided to go ahead and push for a loan from their loan office, even he was a bit skeptical that I would get it. 5 minutes later I had been approved for the loan and Farhan honored the cash price for me anyway. He also allowed me to leave my old car at their lot until I could find a convenient time to come back to get it (the trade in option fell through). I had a great experience with Farhan and Auto trademark. I LOVE my new car, it's everything I hoped it would be. It runs and drives great!
Great Communication, didn’t get the car was a little to expensive but great communication. If i had a little more money maybe i would’ve got the car but i had a great experience with Alex and would most definitely recommend to other people looking for a car

This car has been absolutely amazing. Only repairs ever needed have been wear and tear, and regular maintenance. Sports car with finesse. Complete confidence attained once behind the wheel. Goes where you point it , fast.
Why would you ever buy a car three states away from an independent dealership you've never heard of in a small town in PA? Simple: it's the best experience you'll have buying a car that you genuinely love. After having test driven a car with a salesman who didn't actually own a car because he found driving "unnecessary," it was a relief to work with Brett—his passion for and knowledge about cars are legit.
The process from my first email to sale was efficient, thorough and pressure-free: no haggling, creepy sales tactics or backroom 'negotiations' with a finance director. The showroom is lickably clean. All of the cars in the garage are covetable. The process of buying my new S3 was efficient (even with some good car talk thrown in).
Do yourself a favor: visit Brett and drive away in something that'll make you smile whenever you're behind the wheel—after all, life is too short to drive a Corolla.

Being a business owner, my time is limited. So as luck may have it, I landed on this local Dealership and it proved to be a game changer. My two friends both purchased from Performance auto about a year ago with no issues with their vehicles. They told me about this place and connected me with Rob the GM. Rob was courteous and listened to my needs as I again had limited time to shop for a vehicle. I told him what type of vehicle I was looking for including my budget, and by time I showed up to shop, three vehicles that fit my criteria were parked neatly in front of his showroom and ready to view. The cars showed well exactly as pictured on their user friendly website. As expected I purchased the right vehicle at the right price with no hidden fees or surprises. Thank you Performance and thank you Rob for making this as easy as 123...
I needed to trade my older 2008 Sequoia for a newer 2014 QX 80 I searched on internet that Chris Meyers dealership had - and I live an hour away. I contacted their internet sales representative, Allison Alvarez, and she arranged a convenient time to drop by while I -had a nearby appointment -for an evaluation of both vehicles. She made everything easy - the Infinity was ready & waiting for me / test drive was easy as was the evaluation of my car. She asked me what it would take ???out the door today??? price and even got me half of my counter-offer. With that savings I bought the Gold level Allstate Vehicle Service Contract 3 yrs/36,000 mike warranty. After we agreed on price it only took 45 minutes to do paperwork and drive home our new SUV. I???ve never had a better car buying experience. Chip Wisdom

I'm not a trained driver nor a serious car enthusiast. Just fell in love with the feel and styling and haven't stopped having fun. The previous owner did something funky with the headlights but otherwise there have been no mechanical issues. This is the first car I've owned where people (male and female) regularly shout out, "Nice Car!". On a twisty country road with the top down on a sunny day or punching it past a stupid Mustang on a 4-lane ... awesome.
Romeo and crew are awesome, honest, and friendly. Military friendly and they were worth the 3 hr drive. Loving my BMW 750Li. They had a car lot full of beautiful cars. Make this your first stop for used cars!

I bought the Z roadster as a retirement present to myself. I live in a hilly area of Virginia and love going drives with my wife although she hates it when I turn off the traction control. Those performance driving lessons are coming in handy (that's a hint because this car can bite you quickly). An added benefit is when I blow by those youngsters how are looking at me like "That car's wasted on an old fart like that." I guess I should mention that the car has been very reliable and haven't needed the lifetime warranty (82000 miles and counting) I bought wth the car, which is about how long I plan on keeping it.
I bsoluey still love all the rewards i get from driving this car for the past 9 years. It's reliable. It's super fast at 0 - 100 km/hr in 4.8 seconds. Handles like a dream. Builds your confidence in any form of driving. Bonus is the thumbs up i get weekly since first week I've owned the car.
My wife and I went to Top Line Auto just to look at SUV's to replace our Jeep that was totaled in the last hail storm! We have a Mercedes Benz sedan and wanted to purchase a MB SUV, but my wife did not see one that jumped out at her! Sergei (the salesman) asked if she wanted to check out one of the BMW X-5's, but we had owned a few BMW's in the past and were not impressed with the ones we had! Taking a chance she said sure! The X-5 was tight, super clean, low miles, drove like a dream and had all the bells and whistles! So, we purchased it cash on the spot and even got a discount for a cash deal. The next day the battery had died, so disconnected it from the car and recharged it then reconnected it and I took it back. They tested it and stated it was going to need to be replaced! Sergei, went out, purchased a new battery and had it installed and registered in the cars ECU at no charge! We had such a good experience, we are now going back to purchase a sedan to replace our old Mercedes! FYI, I waited 2 months to leave a review just to be sure the X-5 was worry free! Great car, great experience!

My 2008 BMW Z4 3.0i blue convertible is a bargain to own and has incredible looks and its quality is in abundance. Great German engineering. Very solidly built and the engine purrs when I drive away near or far. Perfect for enjoying nature with the top down at the push of a button. Great leather seats and the stereo is superb. A joy to own and drive!
If you are shopping for this car then you know what it is and what you're looking to get out of it. Push the S54 to the limits and you will be pleasantly surprised.
Lee and i purchased a 2002 corvette and our sales rep.was excellent, he returned calls he was very helpful with any questions we had. We live in eastern washington and were a little concerned about the purchase so far away. Everything turned out perfectly. We asked to have a light replaced and Steve replaced it right away. We were very happy both with Steve and the corvette.

its a bimmer classic not many know about, and is a truly beautiful car. It didn't only meet my expectations but exceeded them, this is the best car i have ever owned
After a nightmare experience at an "authorized" dealership I decided to dealership shop instead of car shop. I was lucky enough to find a car I like at SoCal Auto Group. I drove 75 miles without calling ahead. When I got there I asked about the Lexus SC430. He showed it to me and it was beautiful! He gave me the keys and she purred to life. They even took it off the showroom floor for me to test drive. They were very helpful and answered all my questions with confidence in the car they were selling. I was allowed to test drive it alone for as long as necessary to make a decision. No pressure what so ever, at any time. Doing the paperwork for the sail was a breeze. I even got to take the car home before I paid for it because I was unable to do a wire transfer over the phone. I just emailed him my wired paperwork and the deal was sealed. I love my new used car. Everyone I know has thought it to be brand new it's in that good of shape. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. You can buy with confidence from this dealership!

Overall I enjoyed the no pressure sales, easy to understand contracts and overall knowledge on my purchase. Exterior design is attention getting. Engine has awesome power and revvs to 8 grand! Handling is superbe on twisty roads or track. Interior is small but comfy. Needed a crankase vent valve replaced and supposed common problem. No problems since. Shifter a bit long throw and mufflers too quieting, cannot hear the sound well for true sport driving/racing (BMW gentrification)..both solved with aftermarket parts. This car is fast on acceleration and handles superbly! Easily handles curves at twice the posted speed..and 3 to 4 times if you know how to drive/race trained. Sucks gas and small tank so often stopping to fill. M-version coupe is THE one to have! Very tight feel and rather hard to drive smoothly unless highly skilled with clutch. Close gear ratios and 6 speeds offer many variations in shifting. A great "toy" and second car, but could be a daily driver but not for stop and go commuting. Rare and classic. You won't often see another on the road.
I bought a 2013 535i from NorthState Auto and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. First of all, our sales rep, Milo greeted us and we explained the type of car we were looking for. Within minutes we were out for a test drive and we were having a lot of fun. After we came back we discussed semantics about financing. It was a very relaxed environment and we were able to talk about everything we need to. Once we got down to business, Tim from finance stepped in and helped us further. He helped us understand in detail and answered all the further questions we had. We never felt pressured or anything to make a purchase as the sales reps don't work on commission. I personally have never been in a dealership that has that sort of work environment but I do have to say that it was very pleasing to not have someone pressure me into making a purchase. All in all Milo, Tim and the owner of the dealership(sorry I forgot your name good sir) were outstanding with their customer support and the ability to answer all the questions we had. Thank you guys again for everything.
