We needed a car and had a budget to stick to. Joey and Abdur were great. We saw 6 different vehicles. They help us wade through the Carfax reports and choose a car with no "baggage" in its past. The two salesmen were very professional and patient as we chose our vehicle. Simply the best. Planning to go back when I need another vehicle in the future.

My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

I’ve owned two 2015 X5D’s - daily driven for 7 years for a combined 173,000 miles (sales job), I averaged 29MPG on each tank in mixed driving (38+mpg on hwy using renewable diesel in CA), and it’s been so much more reliable than any gas car I’ve owned… The only car that compares in reliability is two BMW 328 diesels I’ve owned - I’m not going back to gas cars. I may consider Cayenne diesel as the only other alternative daily driver, otherwise I’ll stay with X5 diesels.

My first Bmw x5 was a 2013 and was wrecked and was a great car . I purchased a 2015 this year as a upgrade and I love it.

The F82 M4 will go down in history! The looks are timeless, so much power, and very reliable. One of the best bang for your buck sports cars. However if you are looking for a comfortable daily driver this is not the car for you. It is stiff and you feel every bump in the road. Not a bad thing but if you want more comfort get a 440i. This car does what it is supposed to do perfectly.

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. What criteria do you have in shopping your next used vehicle? 1. You want to buy a used car that is believed to be absolutely trouble free (Equivalent to a certified grade). 2. You are ok to buy a car at a fair market price (You are not trying to find a steal deal or to negotiate a price). 3. You hate sales pitch. Then go to Carmax. This is my best advice based on my past car buying experiences with all sorts of car dealers. You can't go wrong with Carmax if the above three are your criteria. Carmax set an extremely high standard in their car reconditioning protocols. Carmax certification is as good as manufacturer's certifications. Meanwhile, you will be discouraged if you come to Carmax in hope to find a steal deal, because all of their cars are priced RIGHT, and they never give you a room to negotiate over the price. This means that they don't play games, and they don't let you play games, either. They are fair. You have to be fair, too. A good news is, they don't try to steal your money. So don't try to steal theirs. However, I have one serious advice: Get pre-approved by a local credit union before coming to Carmax. While Carmax too does offer financing, their repayment rule has a catch. Say your monthly payment was set to $100. If you put $500 at once, you expect that the extra $400 would automatically go to principal payment, right? Not with Carmax financing. Instead, the first $300 goes to the three upcoming monthly payments, and only the remaining $200 will go to principal payment. If you intend to pay off your auto loan quick, this repayment rule that they set up is a deal breaker. A good thing is, they will gladly let you use your credit union financing; they won't pressure you into choosing their financing service. Good luck, and never go back to liars that live in the rest of the world.

Not the kind of car I expected, but I have been more than happy with it. The 2019 330i xDrive has been safe, efficient, and makes you feel like you are flying in a Boeing 777 or an F-18. It is quieter, meaner, and comfortable for long trips. That being said, some maintenance costs are high, but if you keep it for long run and maintain it thoroughly, it will last long enough.

I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

10 years ago I was looking to buy a 2012' M3, V8 aspirated engine. When a pro BMW sales consultant told about M335is with 3.0 L twin turbo and much lighter gvwr that I could turn into an M3 rival without the $78K price tag. Then He told about Steve Dinan the BMW pro engineer that his company builts the performance upgrade for BMW's all over the world. So I end up buying this beautiful 2012' 335is coupe and had BMW install a DINAN Stage 2 computer boost tune upgrade that produced 89 HP increase plus the 320 HP factory stock HP and then added the DINAN Diamond cut Exhaust system along with a DINAN full sport suspension. But I didn't stopped there, then I added a ECS Black steel charge pipe coupled with SYPNAPSE BOV and finally a Carbon fiber ECS cold air intake to make this car a fun little beast to drive. This car is the most fun to drive car that I have ever owned.

Car is fun to drive. Acceleration is amazing. This is not a car you need it’s a car you want. It is a little low to the ground and the low profile tires were a challenge on NE roads.

This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.

A great, fun sports car, but proved to be impracticable for my needs. Due to the "sports car" design neither my husband nor sister could sit comfortably in the car. Also, passengers could not sit in the back sit.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.
