He took the time to listen and made sure everything was handled properly. There were a few concerns that came up after delivery, but the team took care of everything very well and followed through until I was fully satisfied. The level of effort and customer care really stood out, and I’m very happy with how everything was resolved. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would confidently recommend BMW of Gainesville. AJ and Dabari are great people to work with.
