They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. I test-drove the Tesla Y and the BMW i4. Both had great acceleration and many desirable features. However, the BMW felt more luxurious, higher in overall quality, and newer in design. I have been driving the BMW i4 eDrive 40 for about two weeks. Because I am new to EVs, it took me a while to learn the many features. The dealer process took several hours to explain things and I returned briefly several times to request further explanation on specific points. Owners should be conversant with cell phones and computers to use the features. I am still waiting for the QMerit Level Two Charger to be installed but regular 110 Volt house current has been adequate to recharge the car after a normal commute. The car is actually a hatchback, with the trunk being capable of lifting high. The rear seats fold down, so the trunk is quite voluminous. I didn't like the vertical grills at first but they are growing on me and I consider the car beautiful inside and out. It is a pleasure to drive. I am already wedded to electric cars and doubt I'll ever get another ICE car.

I absolutely love this car. I’ve owned it for over a year purchased and certified preowned with 26,000 miles and currently has 48,000 miles. I previously owned a 2022 Lexus iS 350 which I also liked and a 2017 Lexus iS 300 really enjoyed owning both but this one is the best of both worlds. Its fuel efficient and a joy to drive every day. Maintenance will be slightly higher than the Japanese brand. It’s a delightful vehicle for long trips. Highly recommend.

This has been a great car, I traded a 15 320i for this. Overall handling, power and fuel economy has been top notch. I've been averaging about 40mpg even in heavy traffic. Accelerator response is quick when needed.

This car is our first BMW. It may sacrifice some space, but that’s not a very big deal for us. This car is perfect for those who don’t need space, but need the capabilities of an SUV. We have the M40i version and it packs a punch. The 382 Hp B58 I6 is very quick in sport mode, and has very nice exhaust sounds. I love that it has rear AC, which is an upgrade from our previous car. This car also has ambient lighting which you can change the color of. The wireless Apple CarPlay is also very convenient. Although, it does not have the latest version of iDrive, it’s still decent and still includes a 12 in screen. If you don’t want to touch the screen and leave fingerprints, the X4 comes with a controller that you can use to control the screen. This car also has a good amount of physical buttons. Front seats have thigh extensions for those with long legs, and both seats automatically adjust. Overall, our family really likes this car and recommends it for buyers who want a unique take on BMW

Handling on a curvy road, acceleration on a straight stretch and the sounds of spooling turbos is a real adrenaline rush. This car was so much fun to drive I hate to see it go. Carbon fiber refinements inside and out make this vehicle a real head turner. Looks, handling and brute power, what more can a car enthusiast ask for?

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

Nail in tire, so service need was unexpected and was greatly appreciative of the expediency and service level on short notice.

Julie the service representative is always excellent. But now I have a vibration in the front of the car after getting to 50 miles an hour. Not sure why but if I bring the car in it is going to cost my another 3k every time I bring the car in it cost me 3k or more.

Having driven my 2021 Lexus IS for a year, I started looking for a change...Yes, Lexus is a great car and I must admit - built quality, reliability and safety is by far one of the best...Yet, I was constantly having a bug in my head, especially while driving on highways...there was something that was not complete with this car and I was having a second thought about it...until finally I realized- I was not enjoying driving this car! Again, safety and reliability were great but was it really what I wanted from a luxury car (many would argue that it’s Toyota after all, but hey- Lexus has so many great features so don’t be cynic)! All my friends, who had BMWs, would tell me that I had to try a bimmer. And here I am, sold my Lexus and decided to give it a try with an entry level 2021 BMW 228i xdrive gran coupe (CPO). Man, were my friends right! What a joy to drive this vehicle (and I must say that BMW enthusiasts do not even classify 2 series as fun as 3 series RWD, for example)...Yet, my BMW’s engaging driving hooked me- this is what I was missing - car that is an ultimate driving machine! And better yet, my CPO vehicle comes with 2 more years of warranty and 1 year free maintenance! Enjoying every moment driving this car... Handling, acceleration (especially in a sport mode) is by far so much better than my former Lexus…and it drives complements! It has one weakness though - you will fall in love with this car and will likely never look back at any another brand! My next one will be the M model if I can afford it...one day!
