Michael Johnson was a pleasure to deal with. He sold me my dream corvette and made the purchase easy and hassle free. The owner is a great guy as well. He was up there on Saturday pressure washing the building by himself. Was impressive seeing the owner out sweating while his employees were in the air conditioning. Tells me a lot about his work ethics and what he expects from his employees. He even took the time to tell me about my Vette in detail. Seemed like a great guy. They were all great.
They really treat their customers with compassion. The service was awesome. They listen to what I really needed and I left the dealership with a brand new car that was impossible for me to get at other dealerships.

This is my second one. First one I leased and when lease was up, I purchased one because nothing else I test drove or saw compared to my Enclave.
I have purchased over 50 cars in my life, and NEVER did a dealer feedback review . . . Until now with Sewell Mini of Plano! Purchased a 2016 used Clubman last week and was totally impressed with the sales person (Hunter), his boss (Michael), inventory selection, facilities and price/value.
This was the second Mini purchased from this dealer: foolishly traded it (2015 4 door hardtop) and after a year wanted to buy another. Shopped 5 other dealers, and tried 8 Minis. Ended up at Sewell and made the purchase because of my good experience in the past (sales & Service) and they had the best deal! Price was very competitive (but you should not take their initial “list” price too seriously), car was certified (100,000 miles or 7 years), great repair facilities, nice people, and location (next to Costco . . . can shop while service is completed).

My family and I are so pleased with the Buick Enclave that we have vowed to never own another SUV. This Vehicle should be rated number 1. Power, Performance, Stylish, Comfortability, Safety and Space. Beyond my expectations. I will buy this SUV over and over again.
I recently took my car into Sewell for a water leak. Don is my service advisor and always does a great job. There was some difficulties locating the water leakl, but at the end of the day, the problem was solved and I left happy as always. I highly recommend you use Don anytime you take your far in for service.

Buick hit a home run with the Enclave. Spacey, moden, easy, lots of room in back with captain chairs and 3rd row. Can't go wrong !!!

Simply the best 3 row suv out there,superb ride,extremely quite on the road,ive been an auto technician for 29 years, I’ve worked for Toyota which was the most reliable, Lincoln which rode the best and was the most quietest and Pontiac which was the fastest, Out of the 23 cars I’ve owned my buick is on top and I challenge any of you Acura, Lexus, infinity owners to a ride & comfort contest!!

I love this vehicle. I would never consider selling it but i need a bigger family vehicle. It is so nice inside and out. Very smooth and confortable ride.

I love this car. I didn’t want to get a mini van and I knew that I wanted a crossover.
I drove the traverse and the Arcadia. But once I got in this Buick I fell in love.
Gas mileage is great and so comfortable for the kids.
Vandergriffs service is always good, went in for a new tire. It was quick got a wash and was out within 2 hours. It was fast.

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Traded in my truck to buy an enclave to haul around the kids. Lots of rooms and stylish interior. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a family car.

Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

I experienced that some repairs are not corrected on first visit to dealership. Recently, my car was in second time for same AC unit problems. I was told the diagnosis was different this time-$$$. The other problem is that car randomly hesitates to start. The problem of.random starts is back.again. It has been less than 2 weeks since repairs were completed.
