I have worked with Tony Foos now on 7 of the last 8 vehicles and will continue to as long as I and looking at a Buick or GMC truck. He is responsive, not pushy, and easy to work with. But everyone at Joyce is friendly and accommodating including the service dept.
Currently we have been shopping for a car for my fiance which is a slow process and while I can't say what she will ultimately pick I will say during this Tony and Joyce have been exceptionally accommodating to her decision process as well as our questions and indecisiveness. My experiences at some other dealers have not been nearly as fun or pleasant and definitely alot more work.
Also after purchase experience is just as important and after my recent first experience in many years at a non Joyce service dept I have realized I may have become spoiled by them.
If you are looking for a GMC or Buick put these guys at the top of your list.
I found this 2015 equinox on cars.com. I contacted the dealership and Chris was our salesperson. He was professional, courteous, thorough, went over and beyond on his service. He helped me find the best deal. I will promote to friends and family to check here if looking for a car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. They have always been a great dealership for me and not far from my house. I first went there to have my sons car fixed and while I waited I walked around the lot. The truck sales guy came out and talked to me. He was very nice and did not try to push anything on me. He gave me his card and told me to call him when I was ready to get a new one. most other dealerships I have been to try to sell you something even if you do not want it!! I called him 3 days later and told him what I wanted. It was at the dealership the next day!! Now I just purchased my 3rd vehicle there. I had to order it and I got it in 6 weeks. Only bad thing is now my sells person works for a different dealer. But the new guy stayed on top of things and I got my truck. My wife was impressed by how nice everyone there was and how they even came up and shook my hand and told me how nice my truck is. It was a joint effort of them to make sure I got what I wanted. And they were professional's while doing it and also having fun. Even the service people are awesome and my service advisor knows my name when I pull in. They all make you feel important.
I was notified of a recall on my truck, notice was very bright orange postcard type. could not miss this notice, made my appointment for the next day. bright orange card is a great idea could not miss it in the other mail. arrived for my appointment, paper work complete, have a seat, should be finished within the hour. corrective action completed within the hour, vehicle washed drove out one happy camper. great customer service
I went in thinking I wouldn't be leasing again that day. I had two more months on my lease and I was in no hurry to turn it in. When Jacob showed me the amazing new features on the Equinox I was impressed. I still wan't going to switch because a ton of great features means raising my monthly payment. I told him I didn't want my payment increased, so he didn't. They gave me zero hassle turning in my lease early, and driving away with a better car.....with so many great features. I really love this car!!
The staff was friendly and polite the service was as fast as we were told and access to the service center was better than most dealerships
