My husband and I visited Chesrown the Sunday prior to Labor Day and they were extremely busy given they are one of the few dealerships open on Sunday and it was a holiday weekend. Salesman Joey Powell assisted us as we test drove several vehicles and ultimately purchases a 2018 Chevy Silverado truck. Joey’s patience, product knowledge and sales approach coupled with Chevron’s ease in transacting business made for a pleasant buy/trade vehicle experience. I normally hate car shopping and have been stressing about going because you always get a pushy salesperson that tries to put you in a vehicle you don't want and then tries to tell you that purchasing a vehicle is a good investment.... let's be real here, no car is a good investment. A couple guys I work with mentioned going to Chesrown in Delaware so I decided to check them out. I love the fact that they offer free oil changes and tire rotations, and the selection of vehicles was great. I found the perfect car for me and drove off the lot the same day with it. My sales guy, Shayne, was friendly, down to earth, and easy to talk to. He kept us laughing through the process and kept us updated on things (paperwork, etc.). I've had my car a week and so far no issues. I would definitely go back to Chesrown and recommend Shayne and Chesrown to anyone I come across.
I worked with Joe in the used car department, and he was great. I found a vehicle on their website, but live about two hours away from them. Joe provided photos, safety check details, and when I was ready to visit the dealer, he made sure the vehicle was ready and waiting for me to look at and test drive. Ed in the finance dept. was also excellent. We worked with him over the phone before our visit, and once I decided to buy the vehicle, the remaining process went quickly and without issue. Sign a few papers, drive home in a new truck! I'd recommend both of them.

Getting a car repaired is never fun but Dan Tobin???s Bidy Shop made it a pleasant experience. From Brittany at the front desk to all the people in the office, the transaction was handled professionally and with courtesy. The car was delivered on time and looks like new!
The Customer Service representative I worked with in the Service Department, Steve, clearly viewed customer service as a top priority. I found him to be friendly, considerate of my time and comfort, efficient and professional. I have been having problems using my rewards account. Steve went out of his way to help me. He called someone to help me and offered information as to the email they have associated with the account.
My service advisor Drew was very cordial and respectful. He was sensitive to the cost of this major service and ensured that I got the maximum benefit of my applicable coupons. The work was completed in one morning despite the fact that one technician called off for the day, causing Drew to juggle his schedule.
I have have been more than pleased from the day I purchased my 2017 Trax Premier. This dealership has it going. Friendly, professional and the cleanest damn place I've ever stepped foot in. You know when you walk in the showroom doors that this place is top knotch.
I had specific time requirements and issues. Rob actually was listening to me and reacted promptly to my request. It was very nice to have the sales person actually hear what I had to say. I never felt like I was being left out in left field. Also the Staff, and Finance people were very personal.
This was a $6k repair on a 2014 Cruze. The repairs were done right and they used genuine replacement parts. It took 4 weeks to complete the job but I had a free rental from the insurance company. Overall a very positive experience.
This was the BEST experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I spoke with my salesperson, Humberto, by phone about a vehicle I was interested in. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment to stop in and check it out. When I arrived he was waiting and ready to answer all my questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was great to work with!! And just when I thought it couldn't get any better I worked with Casandra for the financing. She worked her magic and got me a great interest rate!! I was completely done and driving off the lot with my new vehicle in less than 2 hours!! NOW that's what I call GREAT customer service!! My family will be back :)
