I gave a lot of "averages", but expected a lot more from Volvo. When the sticker price is $63k. These folks can't hold a candle to a luxury dealership. I wrote a super lengthy review to Volvo. I purchased a new 2016 VW from them, vowing never to darken their doors again, but.....got sucked in to a 22% off MSRP deal that I couldn't pass up on a 2017 S90 loaner. In both instances the sales people were great. In both instances it went downhill from there; delivery, make ready, promises made, promises broken over and over. If you have to buy from them, ask for Reid on the VW side, and Chris on the Volvo side, but be prepared for subpar service after the sale.
I was welcomed with a sincere friendly smile by Dillon. He was genuinely friendly and helpful. He explained the service provided and suggested additional service needed. He also gave me a timeframe in which the service would be completed. I inquired about complimentary beverages. He explained that coffee was available and he could have a fresh pot made if asked. He thanked me for my time and invited me back again. I was very pleased with the service experience and Dillon was Awesome 👏🏾 ??
So my wife, and I went to Weisner on a Saturday looking for a new car. I was still in the car with a bad back, but my daughter was with us and she was helping my wife. They started walking around and looking at cars as a sales man named Jason Burrow, who came out and was just so friendly. Jason asked them what they wanted and right off the bat he went to work. He was straightforward, professional and even added a little bit of laughter and comedy to the process. We were in and out in just a few hours with a new car! I really enjoyed working with him, and I will be back.

Happy to say Wiesner had it all and after shopping numerous Houston dealerships we made the deal in record time. I was so pleased, we bought two Yukon XL's that evening. Jason had the patience of Job when it came to explaining the finance options and particularly teaching the unbelievable technology in those units. Johnnie on the spot with his math skills also. Without a doubt, this is one of the best dealerships I've walked into and had the pleasure of working with. Everyone, especially Marc, was super friendly and at my service. Anything I needed, my salesman had it! Would absolutely recommend this dealership and my salesman to anyone I know who is in need of a car, used or brand new.
Awhile back I bought a Subaru from Marc Carrera and the service has been great on it. I feel that they really care about their customers and I have taken my Subaru to them everytime it needs service. I get it back in a timely manner and never have any problems with the functionality.
Not sure if it???s typical of the GMC experience, but every time we???ve dealt with Mark Minnis, we feel and fully realize that we are dealing with a professional. This is our second purchase through Mark and he has yet to disappoint in any area. Thank your GMC and thank you Mark!

I drove four hours to pick up our new truck so I was very concerned that it was represented correctly. After arriving I was very happy with the vehicle and everything was as promised. These guys clearly care about their customers. I would like the owner to know that he needs additional finance people. I brought a certified check and all paperwork was completed prior to arrival but it still took over two hours to finalize. My finance guy was great so that is not the issue, he was just overbooked.
I had a very good experience with Dave Edmunds as my salesman.No high pressure sales ,worked with me on price and even help take it to my house.He is a good example for all the other sales representatives to follow,you are lucky to have him as your sales manager
From the start your salesman Shane Harnden was on his A game and always looked out for our best interest. We are 2 hours away and when I called about the truck he said he would be glad to send me a video and pics which he did. Shane???s communication was exceptional and he was always two steps ahead of the questions I was about to ask.
