I went to The dealership to look at a 2017 Yukon, i walk into the showroom and I’m greeted by Megan Brown. Megan answered all my questions and was quick to find a vehicle that I was looking for. She was patient & explained The options on the SUV, she was very knowledgeable of all the options. We took a test drive and she wasn’t in a hurry to get back and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the vehicle before buying it. She explained the whole buying process and getting my trade looked at and negotiating a great deal. Megan is a Rockstar in the making, I would highly recommend her to anybody wanting to buy a new or used car,truck or suv. The whole buying process was completely stress-free from the office staff to the sales manager and the finance person and the owner Tony. The detail department did a fantastic job and again Megan help me clean out my old car and get into my new car and set up the on star in the vehicle. I would highly recommend Megan and this dealership for all your vehicle needs.
My experience of having Kerry for my sales person was 10+++. He was much more like a consultant, always working to get the vehicle I desired in the color, the features, and at a price I could afford (even when I made last minute changes -his answer ‘we will make it happen’. This is the 3rd car we have purchased from this dealership in the last 4 years. Kerry will definitely keep us coming back. He answered all my questions and always with a smile even if I had ask it 3x before. With our other vehicles, I have always used Roberts at Platte ity and will continue. I am a big fan of Infinity of KC due to their professionalism and efficiency. The sales team knows their product, listens to the customer on the type of vehicle desired and provide an efficient purchasing process once the agreement is met.
Recently purchased a 2012 Cadillac Escalade ESV from this dealership. They made the whole process very easy and treated us like family. They even put a bow on it when my wife and I took delivery. One of the best buying experiences I have ever been involved with. Thank you Eric!
THe new service writer did a great job. She will be a great asset from my first experience. Worked with the existing team where she had questions.. did it quickly.. kept me informed in the process .. couldn't of asked for more. I still have an open service item that needs to get resolved ...on the RH blindspot monitoring system ..
My husband and I went in specifically to buy a new Enclave. We worked with Sheldon. I explained we had an appointment in a couple hours. Walked in at 10:00 AM and out with our new vehicle by 12:30. Transaction with trade in went smooth. Love Love my new ride.

My dealer, Jerry, worked with me to get a car at a fair price. Problem was because my credit was new they had a hard time finding someone to finance me. Fast forward two weeks I'm in a new 2018 car with a descent monthly payment. Thanks for the help.
