I stop in randomly to take a close look at the new Black Label Lincoln Navigator. I was great by a gentle in the parking lot who proceeded to show me many amazing details. After a while I released we had been talking about the amazing vehicle and I was not being pushed into anything. Just giving great info. Thank you Mark for being that guy that just helps. I had been shopping around looking for the best deal on a 2018 or 2019 GMC Terrain. Steve was the only salesman who took the time to look at all the different Terrains and the only one who understood my crazy schedule. He even stayed after hours for me! He is very personable and honest. My husband and I have found our lifelong car salesman I will never go anywhere else! Steve really is a great guy and works for the customer. He even took time out to show me every detail of how to work all of the buttons and electronics in the car and made sure I had everything set up before I left.
There were moments where we were about to walk out of the dealership but they worked really hard to turn around the sale and make the numbers work. John was a great salesmen who worked hard to resolve issues and make the sale happen. He worked hard to show us multiple vechile options for us to test drive and pick from.
Great Job, friendly sales, did everything to help me find the right fit for me! Was a little worried because the dealer they replaced had been there all my life, but they made me feel like they had known me all my life!

Got a postcard from GMC saying that my truck needed to be brought in for a recall and that the service *re-programming the ECM* would take anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. I made the appointment and it took nearly 1 1/2 hours to get my truck done and pressing to get back to work. I could see the service men and customer service weren't motivated nor eager to please their customers from the moment I walked in. I was rather disappointed when I got that treatment.
I've played the car buying many time in my like and I do appreciate the professionalism I found with Mike Boner and UAC. I was not pressured and felt Mike did have my interests at heart. Vehicle was clean and as advertised. How often do you hear take your time and check around before you buy, from a dealer? Nice!
