I just bought a cream puff 2001 dodge pick up with only 26,000 miles on it. It could not have been any closer to what I wanted and in much better shape than I could have ever anticipated. Victoria was so helpful and kind through it all and I thank her for her help. I love my new buggy and I am so lucky to have found such a quality truck.

Mitch (sales person) was great from the first time we spoke on the phone about the 2012 GMC Acadia SLT2. He was accommodating with my limited time-frame during an extremely busy time. The owner even came to help make things run quickly and smoothly, personally taking care of some of the minutia involved in the sale. Besides that, they were very no nonsense to deal with when it came to negotiating price and I feel like I got more than a fair deal. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience at Graue and you can bet I will be a repeat customer.

My wife and I worked with Terry Allen at Graue Chevy at Lincoln for practically the last two months. We were after a specific '16 Chevy Impala (Consumer Reports has the '16 Impala ranked very well) with a certain list of options that we wanted (we keep our cars for a long time). After determining that we would not buy a '17 Impala (no cd player in the model they had on hand; even though Chevy had a nice temporary discount on the new models); we regrouped after they found a '16 Impala at an auction at St. Louis.
I was quoted a price range we would be at; they purchased and brought back the car from the auction and had it detailed for us. There was "no" high pressure sales attempts to get us into additional coverages in the F&I office. But plenty of options were laid out for us to consider if we wanted "gap" insurance, disability, and many others.
After almost going through the buying process at another dealership (same make, same model), we are very glad we held out and worked with Terry, the F&I Manager & Graue Chevy. Terry's been in the auto business a long time and was very straightforward in every aspect of the deal.
