Once again our 2007 acadia went crazy.....lemon because it was the first year produced.....anywho...we travel across state lines from Clemson s.c. to go see the guys at Hayes....Westley has bent over backwards more than once to help us get back going....thanks again from s.c...3 year plus repeat customers...

We were online car shopping and inquired about a vehicle. Within several minutes we were contacted by Lauren Bierria (client advisor). I was able to reach Lauren on the phone and we started chatting about the vehicle that I had inquired about. Long story short, we went the dealership, did a test drive, and bought the vehicle that my wife wanted. Lauren is easy to work with and he helped make buying this vehicle a pleasant experience. We would definitely deal with Lauren again. He is a nice guy and we enjoyed speaking with him.
As a disable veteran and senior citizen I can honestly highly recommend Rick Hendrick GMC. After being at two dealerships that were all “high pressure”- the people at Hendrick's is like being among friends. Cameron understood I did not want to waste time and nor did he steal my trade-in key to hold me hostage. He approached my needs with a defined plan to get me “what I wanted” because as he explained it, he makes NO COMMISSION- he is there to serve the customers- Thanks to all the great people I met there and their finance guy even got me a better rate than my credit union.
Appeared to be poor communications from the advisor to the mechanic. Since I purchased the 2014 GMC SLT Truck new I have participated in having a GMC Dealer change the oil and filter. The only difference is that I supply the Mobil 0-20W full synthetic and a Wix oil Filter for ALL oil changes. The 2 5quart containers were in the back seat along with the filter. This is communicated to the advisor and the advisor adds this information to the work order. This time the mechanic did not use my Wix filter. The reason given by the advisor is that the mechanic had changed the filter before he saw it. Some how the communication did not work? This visit the A/C had failed and a new condenser was installed for $1,142.87 + $30 service charge.
The experience my husband and I received will be one to remember, in a great way. Things started out rough due to a few minor hiccups. However, a few team members were able to get the issues resolved. In a timely and professional manner, the team members at this locations went over and beyond to ensure we were completely happy and satisfied. We will definitely return for future services and highly recommend anyone reading this review to visit. I will like to thank the following individuals for providing great customer service: Cameron Jackson (Salesman), Chase Manning (Finance Manager) and Tracy Whitmire (General Manager). My husband and I are truly appreciative or your knowledge and hard work. We are enjoying our 2018 Sierra 1500.

Tommy Clark (Service Manager) took the opportunity to help solve a known issue with my 2014 Sierra. My first quote a couple of weeks prior to his involvement was unreasonable; especially knowing the issue with my truck was known by GMC. Tommy called with a solution already pre-approved and saved me 75% off of my original quote. Couple that with his attention to detail and follow up throughout the entire process, Tommy was able to earn my business and respect. Thank you, Tommy!
Perry and Jasmine were fantastic. Perry was quick to great us and ask what we were looking for. He provided options and was not pushy. Once we agreed on purchase Perry referred us to Jasmine in finance. She listened to our wishes in regards to our financing options and made recommendations off of what we???re asking for only. It was a wonderful experience and will come back again!!!
