I posted a few weeks ago about our purchase experience being very good. Two days later, we had a strut come loose from our rear hatch, which was likely just incidental to some factory line production issue. It dented the rear roof pretty badly and messed up the sheet metal on the hatch. I emailed the dealer immediately to tell them it had happened and I would need help Monday morning first thing. The dealer President himself replied to the email over the weekend, reassured me it would be fixed, they called me right a 9 AM Monday, got me a loaner with no hassle, I swapped out cars in 5 minutes, and they fixed my Acadia so I couldn't even tell where it had happened within a week. No questions, no issues, no hassles. They were all very professional and wonderful to deal with. They went above and beyond my expectations.
We loved our salesman Jug Brown. He communicated very clearly via calls and texts, which made it simple to narrow down our choices and make our selection. Buying a car is never much fun, but they made it a simple process and I honestly felt like I got a good deal. Would buy again from them.
Although Colton was a little stoic, he was very professional, patient and courteous in explaining the issues with our vehicle. We had a lot if issues with our vehicle, some of which were unsafe. Brandon seemed a little annoyed when he first began speaking to me, but in the end he was very courteous and very knowledgeable. Josh in the warranty department should NOT attempt to speak to customers regarding the RodanFields products that he sells as a second job. The customer becomes confused with discussing GM warranty information with obtaining the products.
Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.

My experience was as expected . . . dropped off car and was properly greeted, vehicle was diagnosed, I was notified and repairs were made. As usual, an inspection of the vehicle uncovered additional recommended repairs. As I do appreciate this feature of the service experience, over time I have observed that only "chargeable " repairs are discovered and recommended. For instance, (in my case) I purchased a lifetime interior protection plan with my vehicle and the drivers seat upholstery is badly stained and actually coming off the seat frame. . . no one seems to notice this, as it is covered by the Zurich interior protection plan and not chargeable to me. The "plan" claims that if they can't fix it, they'll reupholster it. One cannot miss the condition of the seat upon entering the vehicle, but I guess I'll have to point it out .
In short, I think it would be nice if the service departments would check to see if there are additional coverage plans on a vehicle, and inspect said vehicle for repairs that may be covered.
Great customer care and service department. I was able to drop my car off for an oil change, walk across the street to get lunch and it was ready when I got back.
