Took my car in to the dealership and spoke with Sam.
He took care of me right away and pointed out the customer lounge where I could wait while my car was being serviced.
The vehicle was service promptly and a nice car wash was provided as well.
Very happy .

Purchased a 2019 Buick Enclave in October and immediately experienced transmission surging going downhill in our driveway. Dec 20, 2018, could not go over 27 mph nor shift gears. Towed by dealer and now awaiting a new transmission (told if available) from N. Dakota. Hope not to go the Lemon Law route!

I provide transportation for my grandson (13 yrs. old) and his friends. I was looking for a comfortable 3rd seat and found it in the Enclave. Plus I love the many options offered that provide me with a luxury car that I feel very safe and comfortable driving.
Customer service and buying experience was excellent! This is my second purchase with Jim Causley, GMC.

Still not sure if I am satisfied with purchase. GMs new 9 speed transmission has some shift issues in low (gears 2 to 4). Drivers seat bolsters (that make seat shake) are too close to surface. Cut into thigh on long trips like I just took (1100 miles round trip). At 8,220 miles had the steering make a thump when pressure applied as if you would rock toward windshied. Dealer replaced top steering shaft and still there and can feel in foot on gas pedal. They want to fully tear it down to find it. If trans cant be reprogrammed and steering wheel not fixed (tell me its normal but no other 2018 or 19 on lot does it) I am taking a loss and going back to Honda. 2019 Pilot to be exact.
Friendly and personable sales team that was easy to work with. Pricing of the vehicles was very reasonable. Overall we had a great experience with the dealership.

Since I have come from a 2004 vehicle, it is extremely comfortable and has all of the upgrades that I need. All of the features are easy to use and is a dream to drive. It has comparable power to my previous vehicle with 10 mpg greater efficiency. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a full size crossover.
I had a slight problem with the side steps for this truck but once it was brought to the attention of my salesman, Darren, it was dealt with and resolved promptly. I am very happy with my experience with Stan McNabb Chevrolet and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car or truck. Ask for Darren. He will treat you right.
Melissa and her team are a pleasure to work with at West Herr GMC in East Aurora. This is the 2nd vehicle we have leased from them and they definitely make the process easy and have been wonderful guiding us through each lease. See you in 2 years when our lease is up!!

Met all our needs for a new car, except the price.. the dealers seemed to stick to their guns on price. will check a little later at Laura GMC Biuck, they have good prices.
I have always been wary of salesperson, often with good reason, but you have helped to redefine the stereotype.

I had a 2017 GMC Sierra built by Brustolon. Customer service was great throughout the whole build and delivery process. Email updates throughout the process to keep me informed on the progress of the vehicle GMC was building for me. Sales personnel were proficient in vehicle options for various models and could answer any questions I had. Would definitely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and highly recommend to others!
