My husband bought the Buick Enclave last year and was very satisfied with the service and buying process at Whitaker Buick GMC in Forest Lake. So, this month when I decided to buy a new vehicle I chose the Encore. I was a little skeptical about the small size but after driving it now for less than two weeks, I'm loving it--even without the home link option. The back seats fold down into a large enough area for our two big Labs so that's a plus. It rides and handles beautifully and has enough power to pass when needed. We will definitely buy from Whitaker Buick GMC again.

Very pleased with the sales staff. Have no reservations about going back. Car prices seemed very competitive. There was a sales drive ending the day that we visited the dealership. We weren’t ready to make the commitment.
We were looking for a new vehicle and knew that we could get "green" slip pricing on a Dodge vehicle as well as a GM vehicle. We were interested in checking out the Journey, Durango and the Equinox at the beginning of our search. We decided to make DeVoe our first stop and we scheduled an appointment with Brett Estes. When we arrived Brett was with another customer but got to us pretty quickly. He took us out and walked us through all of the features on the Chevy Equinox LT we were interested in. He answered all of our questions and then had us on our way to do a test drive. When we got back from the test drive he asked how we liked it and if we had any questions. There was no pressure to purchase right there and then and were free to leave no questions asked. We then went to test the Journey and Durango. After test driving those we decided we really liked the Equinox, so we contacted Brett back asking more questions about the Equinox. After a few days of answering questions and my indecisiveness on what options I wanted we were able to tell Brett exactly what we wanted. The vehicle we wanted was not on their lot and so he located this near Columbus Ohio. He was able to do a dealer transfer and get the one I wanted. When we arrived to pick up our Equinox the paper work process was very easy. Brett then assisted us with getting the App set up on my phone and then walked me through the new features on this model that were not on the one we test drove. I am very happy with my Tungsten Metallic LTZ Equinox. I am even happier with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at DeVoe Chevrolet especially Brett Estes. Anyone looking for a new Chevy vehicle should give them a chance and ask for Brett Estes to show you the vehicle of your dreams.
We came to trade in my Suzuki sx4, we came only to talk and figure numbers out, Mark Lindenauer worked with us explained everything to us. He helped figured the numbers out like we asked, brought the car around for a test drive also got my Suzuki appraised. Mark is quick and efficient with his work straight to the point while making sure everything you ask is getting answered and done. I would highly recommend Mark Lindenauer to anyone, and I will. I had my Van stolen, July 2016, contacted Paul O'leary with autonation and asked to please be on the lookout for another Van for me. He was wonderful sent me pic's at least once a week of what I might be interested in. Kept me informed of deals that where available, no pressure just info. My Van was recovered about 5 weeks later the only reason I did not buy. When I am ready he will be my sales person . I lived in West Palm most of my life and trust the Dealers here more than I do in Georgia.
Last week my son went to autonation chevy to sell his car, the sales manager Fedor and the salesman Jorge W. treated him so well my son ended up buying a equinox. I fell in love with his new crossover, so I decided that it was time for me to upgrade my truck as well. I did the online appraisal and when I went to the dealership the didn't play any games and honored the appraisal value for my car. Since I already had a great report with Fedor and Jorge (from my son's great experience), I knew they were the two people I wanted to deal with right away! From the beginning to end, the process was fast, smooth, and a real pleasure. Fedor, Jorge, and the Autonation team really know how to treat people. When they say "Your part of the Autonation family now", they truly mean it. Yuri (the general manager) even came out to us during the finalization of our deal to say hello and introduce himself. Which was very nice! Fast forward a few days later and there were a few little quirks with my new (used) equinox. I contacted the dealership and they told me to bring it in. I did and their service team treated me and my truck very well. The service manager Oliver and the service writer Lupe are sweethearts just like the rest of the group.
